So as some of you may know, I'm Ex-Military, and currently a chef with dreams of making it big.

So, I thought it would be fun to upload pictures (and recipes if wanted) of what I make just in case anyone else here is an aspiring cook. Also, any critique on the appearance of the food is appreciated as well. I don't put as much effort into plating for myself as I do customers haha.

Today's Breakfast. 2 poached eggs, 8, oz venison steak (med rare) and 2 pieces of wheat toast.

So I've never made poached eggs before. I ended up breaking the yolk of the right hand egg. Good learning experience though!

I think I am going to invite you over for awhile to my place. I could always go for a tasty meal, especially breakfast. It's my favorite meal of the day and the one a rarely eat. How much will I have to pay you? If you are a curious chef, I do have some special recipes you can try on your free time.

Aha Antihero, you made the post so much fatter! xD I'm kinda curious, though. What's that thing above the plate? In the picture? Meaning beside the plate. The one expiring February of next year? Anyways, yeah, it looks tasty. The exploded egg is kinda funny-looking, probably because it's exploded. My only real question about this is... Did you make sure to trash the location data so you won't get random strangers asking you for meals? xD

    Dinner Time!

9 Oz. New York Strip Steak w/ Whole Sauteed Sweet Potato and Broccoli.
Normally I would've rendered the fat off the Steak, but it was 9 PM, I had just gotten back from the gym, and I was starving.

Where's the "whole sauteed sweet potato"? o.o
    xD
btw putting the broccoli kinda awkwardly on top of the sweet potato but only a bit on the top makes it look weird. I feel like it should be separated from the sweet potato completely or mixed in everywhere or neatly stacked on top of it or something. Maybe centered, as well, or stacked on top with the sweet potato lined up nicely?

Rather, why is all the broccoli piled on top of one piece of sweet potato!? I feel sorry for it! It's gonna get squished and die! >.< Well it's already dead so who cares anyways? xD

It's a whole sweet potato, just cut up into slices to sautee. I didn't really bother with plating the broccoli or potato since it was late and I was starving lol.
