Special cast Farm mage.

ive done some testing and it doesnt work at all i used staff my cspd is .70ish then used staff and m.device still the same cspd and matk

i have a warrior/mage hybrid and noticed that magic device does not decrease cast speed of wall or add matk . if you want an offhand to add cspd go for magic dagger.

My reply was focused mostly on farming and minimal boss fighting, and you would rather be more offensive than supportive. That works too, I like supporting over attacking.

Your build is pretty good, and to each their own. I responded with what I prefer. :3

 

I like yours, too. I only gave my opinion about it.
And for all who say that device doesn't add cspd, put the upgrade of cspd%, it's because of that I say that it ups cspd.

 

Looking for best farmer character?

Try this:
Full dex gunner,
With: Magic Wall + Arrow Rain
Magic wall to lure more mobs, then Arrow rain to kill them all.

Being full dex,
Means your wall casting time is good while your arrow rain damage is optimal.

If you focus hunting low level mobs, 100dex is enough.
Put other stat on luck for extra drop rate.

It looks nice, so nice. But bad luck for me that I don't have an archer and my only free slot will go to dual blade.
Also I see that for battling boss(only for stats and skills) it isn't good, and most best craft equips need boss drops. And flare volg has a rare drop, eerie too(but this one I won't go for now) It's good if you make 2 farm chars, one for boss and one for normal.

when I call it "farm" it's means not include boss fight.
So indeed this set-up is only for normal mob, especially low level mob

 

I call farm when I go to get any drop, boss or normal drop.
Mine works for the two types, and also works as a supp(optional skills, you can use battle skills too)
A tip: For making your build for boss farm get survival skills and battle skills, and get bullseye. You'll do great dmg for aoe plus a good boss fighter.
PD: Survival for drop and hp boost. And mp boost if you need. And regen if needed.

 

Say that for BD. Earth loses to fire if I remember well.

It seem like dex&agi will be the main stat

It'll be dex agi.
Also some passives has been said too.

So if I already have f.cape slot with g.skell xtal, spend any point in agi is useless right?

 

I would have to check that equip. But some passives have like backfire, like losing accuracy.
