    Hi my name is BlackRex, i want to share my Staff Fu build after i graduated from neighbor's dojo ;)

    After few updates, staff fu develops into several build's branch and every player tend to have their own play style to play with.
    My current playstyle does not depend on proration to unleash high damage. this build will unleash combo spamming on boss battle while keep observing mobs movement and a 2nd rate disabler DPS char in a team

    Lets get it on, these are the required things :
    Full STR (Because 1 str gives 3 ATK and some Cdamage)
    Add CRT to around 35-42
    Goes to INT 30ish
    Rest goes to VIT to buff your health
    Smash 5
    Bash 5
    Shell Break 10 (Active DPS Skill) - this is your early DPS skill before you reach 70
    Sonic Wave 5
    Earthbind 5
    Triple Kick 10 (Active DPS Skill)
    Heavy Smash 10 (Active DPS Skill)

    Knuckle Mastery 5
    Martial Discpline 10 (it will give you 1% damage every 2 lv)
    Magic Arrow 5
    Jav 5
    Lance 5
    Impact 7 ( just to get insta cast of this skill)
    Magic Mastery 10 (because you're using staff as your main weapon, this will boost your WPN ATK) * every mastery boost your WPN ATK anyway
    Mp Charge 10
    Sword Mastery 5
    Quick Slash 5
    Warcry 1 - 10
    Safe Rest 5
    MP Boost 10 (this is a must)
    the rest is optional
    Atk UP 10
    Smash 5
    Crit UP 10
    Awakening 10
    Priest - Holy fist 1 (this skill will only act as an opener or closer, However later in game, this holy fist will scale off based on your MATK if you have enough INT)
    Knight - Assault Atk 1 (Optional)

    the Rest of SP can be used on HP boost and Quickdraw​
    Mandatory Rule :
    1. Always equip a knuckle in sub weapon slot! :D
    2. Learn how element works

    Main Weapon : Roga Staff/Scrader Staff (for Budget version). (Pillar Golem/BKOD/Tyrant Machina)
    Neutral : Str 7% Atk7% Cdmg 7% (refine as much as u can afford), Bexiz Staff is better than ASCD7
    Element : Element , 14% damage to opposite element, Atk7% (refine as much as u can afford).
    or to be safe
    (Non gamble stat) Element, 14% damage to opposite element, Crit 14
    refinement is not the only one that determine how big your DPS in a battle

    Sub weapon : Any knuckle that looks good to reduce your ugliness
    (Cute cat paws/Shiny Glowing Volc Claw will do) or If you're a plain n simple guy, just use Knuckle Duster

    Armor : Killer Coat/Outerworld Arm/BB Garb - Drop Version
    Str 7% Cdmg 7% Cdmg 14 (Iconos, Jade, Metal Stinger) - Normal
    OR
    Crit 14 crit 14% cdmg 14 Cdmg 7% (
    Iconos, Jade) - Light
    *CBBB7 is better if you against high dodge boss

    Add : Ear Muff/War Helmet/Inza Cape/Tyrant Mask (MP 150/Proto Leon)

    Currently i use Inza Cape

    Ring :
    Muscle Talisman iii (Ooze/ Shining Gentlemen / Metal Stinger)
    OR
    Muscle Talisman iii (Don Yeti + Bexiz)
    *Donyeti will reduce your ASPD -1k. Your damage will increase significantly, yet your ASPD will be slower.. this is what i hate for using Don Yeti, reduce my chance to prorate between combo using normal hit
    I paired it with Bexiz because i need Crit +5 and slight decent additional Weapon atk 10% with a cost of 100mp
    And This is the main thing to explore if you are a Staff Fu Enthusiast
    my combo Setup is :

    Combo A : Smash > Shellbreak (Save) > Triple Kick (Smite) > Impact (cons) - 1 Mp
    Combo B : Tkik / Hsmash > Impact (Save) > Shell Break (Smite) > Smash/Warcry (Cons) - 2/3 Mp
    Combo C : Impact > Tkik / Hsmash(Smite) > Smash(cons) > ShellBreak (Cons) - 3/4 Mp

    Non-Flinch/Tumble Combo :
    Combo A : Holy Fist > Shellbreak (Save) > Triple Kick (Smite) > Warcry(cons) - 1 Mp
    Combo B : Tkik > WarCry(Save) > Shell Break (Smite) > Holy Fist (Cons) - 3 Mp
    Combo C : Hsmash > Warcry(save) > Tkik(Smite) > Holy fist(cons) > ShellBreak (Cons) - 4 Mp

    Make Sure you have 11-12 Mp bar to begin with

    For non flinch combo : replace Smash with Holy fist and impact with assault/earthbind/kick
    Tbh, staff fu is kinda weakened against boss that required special treatment like no flinch or tumble, but it depends on us to change combo based on situation.

    Tips :
    1. If youre in a pt with another martial skill user (sword fu, gun fu, brawler) , dont use heavy smash in combo C or B. Because Guard Break Rate is freakingly lowered :(
    Grab attacker few times and those other martial skill will leave your pt :v
    2. Dont hesitate to use combo B (just to grab quick dps spike when you think theres a delay between combo)

    Know your battle.
    If its a long run battle, try to conserve your MP by use 1 mp bar til Guard Break occurs then unleash heavy combo. Use A + A +..... + A + B + A + C...
    If its a short run, try to burst the quickest and high damaging skill. use A + B + B + . . . + C + A + B

    I have a question after we max the str why do we need to go in int stats when there is vit for high hp?

    np english is not my native language as well. ^^

    Why INT?
    INT raise your ATK and MATK
    anndd among those skills mentioned, there are Impact and Holy Fist that scaled based on MATK. which means INT will increase your DPS even tho its not as much as STR gives.

    While VIT, imo its kind of useless to have big hp bec boss damage dealt is based on hp pool. So increasing VIT only raise your survivability a little but makes you inefficiently burn revita more.

    For survivability i suggest a staff fu to have either heavy or light mastery route (choose one). but that depend on your playstyle.

    I see your arm stat cdmg 10 why not 11 cause new update cap can stat till 11. Sorry for my bad English XD :D

    yea ofc you can use cdmg 11. i only can afford cdmg10 atm and too broke to upgrade it to cdmg11. so i better wait til str8% cdmg8% cdmg12 in the future.

    Hi i have a question :p if triple kick is one of our active dps skills why do we leave it at 5 ? And why maxing attack up is better than maxing smash ? :)

    hi, thanks for pointing out my mistake.. Yes triple kick shud be maxed. ^^
    Atk Up is better than smash because ATK UP is scale off your level and the effect is constant.. while smash is a chance. i prefer not to depend on chances..

    Is the personal stat CRT ? Would it be better to put more points in CRT than INT to increase crits for our dps skills ? Or is INT better since it gives attack ? :eek: and does DEX add to anything for this build ? :)

    yup personal stat shud be CRT, However since INT add ATK and MATK stat, CRT seems less useful than INT.
    DEX only gives CSPD and HIT rate.. which not as useful as our current cap(110)
