Stuck at Logging in...

I can't log in. What's happening? Last night I was killing Arcoiris, got sleepy and logged out. After I wake up and try logging in, this. What is up.

 

Check on your network, sometimes toram didnt respond because of slow network, try restarting your network/device and relog again

 

Thanks for the reply. I restarted my network and my phone twice to follow what you said. No luck though.

 

Im using my device to message in the forums too so I think my internet is okay (?)

 

Well sometimes poor network condition could not get you logged in the game, but you can open any other stuff like youtube etc. Wht i mean by poor network here is juat like when you are in game and the recconecting to server pop out, more or less like that. I got exact same problem like this when my network is down. So you just need to wait and try log in again

So, it's been a few hours since this issue and I still can't seem to log in. My girlfriend and some of my guildmates that I've asked still cannot access Toram either. Some are able to log in but with excessive lag ingame (parties not showing up on screen, etc.) Is anything wrong with Toram at the moment?

 

I've had no problems perhaps its just bad connection

 

We're all from the Philippines and most of us are experiencing the same.

 

Just wait a day whenever it happens to me it usually works the next day

 

seems another server issue in toram. cant log in too. check my net but seems its ok and working(i diagnose it via ping command in terminal emulator).

 

Okay, there's another one joining the "party". Hahahahaha. I hope they fix it soon, I've got lots to do with a new character.

 

hahahaha. its most of the time that occurs in international server. in 4/22/17 a server issue has occured but they fix it quickly. so if this really a server issue, most player will unable to log in. by the way im also in philippines so there is a chance that our internet providers has having some issues on their own. if its an server side issue of toram, im hoping for compensation after they fix it lel.

 

Just added info, I logged out in int ch. Anybody know when this will be fixed? I just tried and I still can't log in.

[Update] Found the solution. its seems my internet provider SMART is the problem. i tried with other services and it works fine. guess need to w8 for smart to fix their services.

 

Hmmmmm, I use Smart as well. A friend of mine uses Sun and isn't able to log in either though. I do hope it's just a small issue like that. I'll contact Smart to find out what we can do to have this fixed.

 

i see.it seems thats the case. here is what logcat returns me when trying to log in using my smart lte sim. u can show this to a skilled IT(if known some) to determine if there a prob in the provider itself. im just a beginner in debugging issues.
