Stuck at Logging in...

    The specs are not a problem. It's the signal from Toram's server to Smart's server. Smart is blocking it for some reason. It has been reported to be the same for several other games.

    It's confirmed that if the network you use is in any way affiliated with Smart (TNT, Sun, PLDT, etc.), then you're also affected. :D

    I even not living in Philippine...
    Actually I'm not sure what is the Smart u guys referring to, may it be EMC or any-other?
    Okay I got it u guys mean Smart Communications, Inc., but unfortunately, I'm still not using Philippine networks.

    [Update] it seems i can connect again to toram using smart. idk but it seems that they finally flush their DNS or something [edit]i also ping again. hope this will not happen again

    Heya what fix did Smart do? I am using Globe broadband. Before I have played around 2015-2016 but now when I plan to play again, it doesn't work anymore. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

    Globe's a completely different situation to Smart. Smart had problems the last few weeks to begin with. For Globe, I suggest you try to contact them and try to figure out what's going on. I sent a ticket to Toram as well who replied promptly about the concern and instructed me to simply reinstall. As for Smart, however, the issue was their network which they made updates with. It should be working much better with WiFi connections.

    Wow! I can connect again to toram. Im using smart internet connection. I thought that i'm not gonna play toram because of logging stuck issue. But because i saw the thread here that u can connect, now i tried then it works.

    Is this still going? Cause i think i have the same problem.. I've been trying to log in and im always stuck in the log in screen. I can say my internet is stable since i can surf and play iruna too. Im not sure if its just me..

    i get this connection problem most of the time. My guess is the server is at is peak at those times i want to log in. i tried doing speed test to check my network speed and connection it seems ok though.

    It's confirmed that using a Philippine network provider "Smart" cause this problem.
