Stuck in loading screen.

I'm using iPhone. I tried restarting, uninstalling & re-installing & turning data on and off. My boyfriend uses Android, his requested an update and logged in (after a very long time).

 

When did u buy ur iPhone ?

 

About a year ago, It's an iPhone 6S+.

 

Check those
1-u have enough space
2-the date is fixed

 

Data is fine and I have enough space.

 

Date not data there is a date in settings check it plz

 

Ah sorry, I read that too quickly. Date setting is correct on my phone.

Did u check ur wifi speed ?

When the game was ok u was using wifi ?

 

There is a wifi speed test on AppStore download one and check ur speed
Even if u don't use wifi it may work

 

U deleted the game and downloaded right ?

I reported the issue once and they made a bug report but never fixed it. It only exists on ios.
Only possible way to do it is get a faster net/wifi the problem only exists when you use a slow mobile net to load new maps or load new data in general.

 

She said she delete and download and again that means she have a problem in net and she needs to download the first loading which will take 1h maybe with slow net
