[Suggestion]Training Dummy

Prolly have it as a furniture in your OWN land and could only be used if LAND is set to PRIVATE or something.
.
1. add cost for it?
2. This helps testing stuff
3. Wont really harm the game IMO.
4. Whats there to lose?
5. Doesnt die.
6. Could prolly set stats such as M/Def, Dodge, Guard, Evasion. but if too complicated, just make it have unlimited life or something. 20mil HP maybe? lol.
7. If cant make it immortal, give highest HP possible that resets back if you go out of the Land. or You just buy a new one?

Anyways.. there.. feel free to discuss. mainly its for tests.
