Tank Agi question~

guys..can i ask for build for tank agi.,,thnks ^^

 

For me personally:
Stats: Max Agi, after that Vit
Equips:
Bb Garb (Roga, FW)
Volcanic Claws (Miracle Potum, Moonlight Potum)
Mirror Shield
Mole Eyes/Fluffy Tail/ Leaf Cape (Fw, RG)
Aromatic Bangle (Violacoon, Viscum)

Obviously, you won't easily get 2 slots, so If you can't use the xtal in the first slot primarily

Skills (that are most needed)
HP Boost 10
Fighters High 10
Dodge up 10
Sober Analysis 10
Force Shield 10
Magic Shield 10 (whatever it's called)
Light armor Master 10


Why these skills and those equips?
They should maximize Evasion and Dodge, there for making you harder to touch. Since skills in the Brawler tree have high Aggro, Knight Skill provoke shouldn't be needed.

(This build is theoretical)

 

I also planning a brawler build that can agi tank and dps on the side., but basing it on ninearts brawler evasion dagger build. brawler is completely new territory for me. is shield an the passives needed would yu say to tank now days?

 

I would. W/o you have lower Dodge and Evasion. At level 50 on pure Agi you have 130-ish Flee, but with Dodge up you'd have roughle 500

 

how bout brawler skill and combo? which one i should take..ty sir ^^

 

Smash, Wave, Shield Bash, Bash, Heavy Smash. Full Consecutive
Something spammable, this should generate lots of Aggro. The thing is newer bosses like PG won't take too kindly to this...

 

Smash>Shell Break(save)>Sonic Wave(swift)>Bash(Swift)

This is my combo for when i want to take tank and breaker rank in PT. Fast execution can stun lock for ages. I also add in Triple Kick(consecutive) at the end of combo if im in a pt with high aggro people.

 

yeah I'll definitely get dodge-up. and shield passives? they kinda a big investment to get, altough I understand their function in helping tank when boss does not miss. my only gripe is that I'll be missing some points I could of spent on the DPS side of things.
should i max smash and sonic btw? an shell break as well perhaps
