Goodbye Ailments. No Flinch,Stun,Tumble, Burn etc.
100% crit chance = no miss
Multiple Damage reduction methods (Armor,Resists,Guard,Sanctuary)
High Ampr with Low Mana cost
No xtals needed (Nice addition but not neccesary)
CONS:
Uses damage skill to generate aggro which lowers proration. (Build variation using lvl10 provoke and dropping damage skills can be used but has lesser aggro generation with higher MP cost)

No guard power for shield users.

Power wave doesnt give additional ampr.

Did you know pdef generates 500 additional aggro apart from 100 base on the enemy whose attack you block and heals 10% hp of your hp? At lvl1 it generates no aggro and heals only 1% hp. Knowing that every tank MUST keep pdef at lvl10.
Its better to just keep using pdef and block every boss attack to prevent proration drop and with mtl pdef becomes way too op as you nullify both the damage on you and the ailments.
If you are low on sp gloria can be skipped. It is not that great of a skill for a 30sec boost and having cast time

 

Dont you feel toram is a madafaca makin a event bg 100crit sweet for bg tank? I mean 1h toy hamer knucle drills and take bg users go to farm hours and days a fukin event that gona make you sleep taping action for get it lol

And yes I know about the aggro and heal from p.def its good tbh but for me i only use it to mitigate mainly fractional attacks every now and then so i kept it at lvl1. But i'll give it a try once i get few more lvls(tank current lvl 130 too lazy to lvl atm xD)

 

Yah i think it can work bg tank and u get the option to use snipe for armor break + decoy for easy ampr.

 

Ya, but what i mean its totally unfair way to get it. Farm hours a stupid event need be 100%focus and forget boss farm for get rewards.

 

True u need to be able to attend octopus raid to get decent amnt of points

 

But its event-limited, that itself is rather unfair for BG tanks, and getting 70k points isn't that easy, its hours of playtime. Toyhammer/drill depends on RNG, but you can do it anytime

 

you'll miss out The full potential of an undying, uninterruptible tank if you don't max out p.def. Need quick healing? Just walk on the fractional spike aoe and spam p.def
