Can you tell me how to make my tank can solo hunt ?

 

Ok ty , i have another question
1.Does a tank still need to spam a high aggro combo even tho he casted guardian already or he just simply need to auto attack to Maintain his aggro?
2.does monster magic attack can be evaded /trigger evasion ?
If it is not ,then i assume heavy armor would be safer?

 

1.) i have +45% aggro and a combo with 5-6skills(Guardian+Sanctuary) i use it once then i dont use any skills at all still at the end of the battle i have aggro for normal short runs. Does that answer your question?
2.) aside from the frog at icule lake i havent seen evasion occur on any other mob that uses magic normal attack. So my guess is that only fractional/physical single target attacks and small circular aoes can be evaded/missed.

170vit and 50agi wont be enough if you want to solo bosses. By that i mean you will be able to solo them but it will take like1hr to do if you against a strong boss.
There are a few classes mainly that can be tanky dps chars:-
1.) 2h ---> full str rest vit
2.) staff fu ---> full str rest vit
3.) bg shield ---> full dex rest vit
4.)1h shield ---> full str rest vit
These classes are usually prefered for soloing as not much dps is lost when going for their main stat and rest points for vit.
So i suggest checking these classes too if you wanna go knuckles+shield you will have to max agi no choice coz u will lose a lot of attack and under 1k attack you cant expect decent dps.

i have used the new ring toughness bangle 2s with violacoon and stone merc. problem is i only got 200mp since i replaced magician bangle with the new one... would it be good still if i remove arcoiris and replace it with jade? my arm is only 1slot...

Why not just keep stone merc + mp150 then its not like u can use both eva and guard together haha :v
The 2s must be costly.
Also arco only adds around 1-1.1k hp so you decide.
Else you can add more aggro like around 45% so that you can tank even with 4-5mp like me

 

XD i was experimenting vio with stone tho it works all the time i mean the eva..

one more thing sir, in the post it says knight armor but i used brigan tho the stats was same as mentioned.. vit%, max hp, vit/aggro
does it affects my tanking ability? i mean decreased?

 

If you have light armor go for vio(evasion), if you have heavy armor go for stone merc(guard).
You cant have a tank that has both evasion and guard rate i have tried and it didnt work out very well.

As for your other question i am gonna be honest with you. Hp% vit% stats are only good when you are tanking slightly weaker bosses when you are tanking nightmare bosses resistance% stats are wayy better.
For me Brigandine npc version(for non dark/light bosses) and twilight dress drop(for dark/light bosses) are the only two armors that i use. I dont use any player crafted armor anymore. Heck i would say knux the npc/drops have much more better stats for tanks than the player crafted too.
The law of "using player crafted stuff always" does not apply to tanks as player crafted ones will never have such high stats possible before 200lvl cap.

Add minotaur, eerie or mp150 haha not many good xta for 2s ring only 2s armor worth getting if you have tank.
