Do you still remember the first time jumping in Toram?

I know I do! It was way back pre-alpha test where a whole bunch of players are exploring and doesn't mind leveling as much. The time when people are still asking each other about all this and that. The time when I first saw a Kijimu and I was like "KIJIMU!!!!!" because I played Iruna (and was a beta tester too) and farming some Kijimu out there was a good 100k per full bag.

So, what about you? How was your first time in Toram?

I played Iruna for a bit when my GM told me about Toram. I started the game, thinking to myself, the graphics are weird :(

Before I know it, I got really used to it. Logged back into Iruna to tell my GM how much I liked Toram. My first reaction was: Iruna's graphics are weird :p

I started out at the end of beta, I think 2 days before official launch? Going through story quest. First boss, forest wolf. Piece of cake. Second boss, how hard can it be? Before I know it, half my hp was gone. I was like: Where was that exit that I was supposed to flee from?!!!!

I know the game will lead me back to that dragon and allow me to take revenge. I did that. Mission accomplished. But that also got me hooked to the game, and even after my revenge, I still play.

Torum has now become my virtual third life now. Where after work and family are taken care of, I meet my friends on Toram and go on amazing adventures: bnut farming at Nisel (jk) ^^

I was killing a huge mob of orcs, beasts and giants using a sword, dagger and bow, then somebody dragged me to play. 1st I ignored it, till I heard the word knuckles, it's like the magic word. I downloaded immediately, then the rest is history. ^_^

Someonw told me about it during another mmorpg, so I downloaded an apk and instantly fell in love with it.

I derped about the app store, found this, and saw that it wasn't one of those CCGmmo games that are taking over the app store. Decided to get this game since it was different and I tried it.

I was timid and a bit shy so after I started I never spoke to anyone. Even so, I was ensnared by how fun it was. To break the shy guise I made a guild and when that failed I tried to quit. I got back on some time later and had decided never to miss a day.

I've always liked rpgs, I played a well known pc mmorpg for 9-10 years (one of the first to exist, it still runs 2D graphics). I sold my laptop and only kept my phone. One of the few rpgs available was Celes Arca, that's how I knew of Asobimo, the graphics were so ugly! But it had what I wanted, stat growth, customization, guilds, crafting, quests, tons of content... as time passed it began to die, I moved then to Iruna, my character still exists there because I had the premium memberships, I loved it. I knew about Toram when Alpha was already on end phase because some of my guildies talked a lot about how this game was promising, I sticked with Iruna until around July/August 2015 when I finally decided to hop in here and what can I say... got caught by Toram too much, I'm fully devoted to this game, and the people I've found here know how to fill that rl empty hole pretty well, so expect me to stay here until this ends.

A lot of RPG gamers out there huh :) Guess when Ragnarok fell to the abyss of despair, new ones came out and this became a hook to others :)
Celes Arca was a huge hit to players that loved the Turn based battle sequence such as final fantasy, legend of legaia, and so much more. Then this came out. Like the battle sequence of FFXII (Can't think of any other game that is like this...) and a little bit of GEB. if you know these games, you know you got hooked with them too :)

It begins with me opening Google Playstore and browse the RPG category :D

Anyway that's really how it begins, I was bored of the game(s) on my phone and I reaally need a new game, RPG one hopefully. I like RPGs but back then I tend to shy away from MMORPG, not because I don't like it but there are reasons, including why I don't play MMORPG for almost 5 years. Missed it a lot :(

So I found Toram Online on Google Playstore and a bit sceptical at first but decided to try it anyway. "I love it! This is what I've been looking for!" that's what I thought. And since then I couldn't stop playing. Toram is on my top 5 things I do when I need to "take a break for a while".

Played Iruna for a bit, took a break for a couple of months. Came back, Guild was dead, all other players were well ahead in the game and attempting to catch up in the story was near impossible (or not worth the time effort).

Stopped playing games for a while, and then came across Toram: Beta, noticed it was basically Iruna 2. Decided to play it casually, to see if it would be an awful grind or time friendly.

Been playing on and off. Tend to play for a couple of months, get bored. Come back, play for a few months. Get bored, repeat.

Mid / Late: 2015 > Stopped after Roga update > Came back @ Nurethoth (just after) update. And as expected the guild was dead, joined a few random guilds in the meantime...bumped into a few old Iruna players using the same IGNs Oney etc

Now I am in some Crimson guild...can't even remember the name...

Haha i didn't even know how to buy TP back in Alpha days. That's what made it exciting i guess, when you're clueless and just roaming around.
