theory crafting/min maxing

i tried to type something out earlier but it wouldn't let me post it because it looked like spam so let me try again and condense it a bit.
I wanna talk about stat weights, how much MP do you think is good? whats the most important gear stat Cast speed? Matk? what is the ideal set of gear? whats the ideal set of Crystals? how important is evasion and how much of it do you want? there's a lot of gear that sacrifice stats like Matk for other things is it worth it?
