Ugliest Cowardly 0MP build

    This build is inspired by cowardly tactics and infinite MP skills.
    Welcome the Knuck + Arrow Combo. I prefer this over Gun Fu not because of damage, but because I get to use Agi as the mainstat. Gun fu does way more dmg still

    This Build does a great job of supplying your party with ample MP while keeping the boss Tired, Broken, and Scared (Lethargy, Armor Break, and Fear)

    STATS
    Full AGI
    68 crit (20 Crit or so)
    Rest Vit

    (Since dex kinda gives low atk anyway not worth it)

    Gear ->
    Lil Empress knucks +B (Imitator, Tyrant)
    Any Crit type Arrow (I use Arrow of penetration)
    Agi Crit or FC armor (Guig or York)
    Ninja Hat (Agi 30) (Gesp 2) *I use Oni Afro with Gespent 2 but for those that can't get event item use Ninja Hat
    Machina Ring (Don Yeti, Guig or York)

    25 Crit from Knucks
    25 Base
    20 From stats
    16 from Armor
    10 From Gesp
    5 Crit from Arrow
    5 Crit from Passive

    + Meikyo if you need to use it for crit resist bosses

    SKILLS

    Martial
    Chariot 10
    Knuck masteries 20
    Chakra 10


    Shot
    Snipe 10
    Arm break 1
    Long range 10
    QD 1
    Sneak Attack 10


    Monofu
    Shukuchi 1
    Meikyo 10 (For crit resist bosses not mandatory if you have high crit)


    Battle Skills
    10 to Crit UP


    Support
    Brave Aura 10



    The only Combo you'll need

    Meoba Shot or Magic Arrows -> Arm Break (save) -> Impact (cons) -> Snipe (Smite) -> Meikyo or Sneak Attack (Cons) -> Chariot Smite -> Chakra (cons)


    As it stands, I can dish out about 100k Snipes and 300k Chariots. The Combos are a little slow, but since you're not engaging the boss directly and just relaxing, it's fine. Also you dont need to worry about MP management.

    Not necessary for high level boss, mini boss or machina boss enough already.

    it can solo norm stuff easy.

    has enough hp and resists from chakra not to die.

    it shines in party with a tank. can spam combo and supply lots of mp.

    this is my thoughts... Rip proration with that combo..
    slow af.. ur combo would take more than 10sec to finish..

    yes, it is a slow combo. This build is meant for pure long range knuck.

    Sitting peacefully 12 meters away just spamming combos and keeping up party resistances and mp. While inflicting Armor Break, Lethargy, and Fear

    yet lower dps than other and can destroy proration in more time.. if ur planning on doing dps this build aint worth it since even a normal brawler can beat this :)

    Just sharing no harm, brawlers have lower damage then other is because they are well on proration control, with normal 110% Rush Combo, I can deal about 160K per combo ( my damage is below 1400 and only have 182 CD ) and within 10 sec I can 2 times for this combo, so the damage will be around 320K.

    Chariot have 1 cons is when mob move away at the times you launch the beam, it’s will lose target and deal no damage, this is parts of problem I hate on chariot.

    Anyway your idea is good, it’s give us another point of view on building brawlers, thx.

    Pretty sure you didn't read the original post thoroughly.

    DPS is secondary for this build. However, I've beat out finale mages and Cfire using this build.

    A standard brawler would most likely use rush and Shellbreak for Dps anyway since you dont miss your target.

    Rush is definitely much better for DPS. In fact any one trying to make a DPS should only main Rush. Chariot is slow animation time, damage isn't that much higher than rush, and Rush's MS buff is great.

    so all u do is debuff and ruin proration while other class can do that them selves? bow can constantly do armor break/and lethargy.. tank knux can do lethargy.. fear from chariot aint that useful on boss fight..

    even a pure brawler who does debuff in close range will do better job than this.. using interruption than this kind of debuff..

    also arrow as sub doesnt guarantee armor break on snipe ;).. only bow main does that :)

    rush is good when it comes on single boss while chariot excel on aoe tho u still need to line em up.. i use chariot mostly on mini boss to inflict fear then use rush as dps.. chariot is good for burst since u dont need to go near the enemy..u can burst at 0-12m range which is noice tho when u use yelb or wandering u can stay at 0- 7m for short range and not triggering the long range debuff...
    every skills has different use u just need to utilize it :)

    Now you're just arguing for the sake of arguing but I'll entertain you. The proration is a moot point, considering if I do solo I will obviously have to prorate myself and other chars can always normal attack to prorate. Brawlers dont always have to be the ones for that. Can always add power wave to build too for long range proration easy anyway.

    But that's beside the point of the build:

    Of course bows can do armor break and lethargy better.. because those are... wait for it! Bow skills! Knucks can also do that too! But they have to be close to inflict those ailments. Also, Snipe has higher chance than shellbreak for Armor Break, if you didn't know that ;) Though shell break does have MP regen. Stilll gotta be close up

    What if I don't want to be a close range knuck user? That's where you are lacking the understanding. The whole point of this build is to use Knuck on main hand, while being able to be effective from 12 meters away.

    Aside from the constant Debuffs, the use of chakra ensures huge AMPR generation and Dmg Resistance for my whole party, not to mention keeping sure that my party can do their combos constantly if they are in a situation where they can't MP charge or ampr.

    Am I arguing that it is better than a close range brawler? Of course not. That's foolish. For some reason you think I am advocating that though (once again, comprehension)

    Am I arguing that it is better than a bow user? Of course not. Cross Fire is too strong.

    At the end of the day though, You can play your brawler the normal style. I have one sleeping as well.

    However, I'm very much enjoying getting my ranks using an unorthodox playing method. Did you also know arrow sub increases auto atk range?

    If you are gonna go for a dps knuck then I suggest a knuck + dagger. Replace snipe with Gatling knife and use power wave to deal continuous normal attack at any range. Helps with proration, uses Gatling for single target focus, and chariot for aoe burst damage.

    Well, I'll just leave it here. Continue on what you guys are doing.

    im not arguing lel im saying that this build wont be in anyhelp in any party plays.. tanks will rather have another dps than this ;)..


    i didnt say u should go close range im saying that even a close range brawler can do better in party plays :)

    can i ask why use knux as main yet use it as long range? whats the catch? lel

    as i said bow user has the same usefulness when it comes on debuff :)

    also a fyi im not playing my brawler normal style ;) ive never seen "normal brawler" soloed every boss without any merc or pet to rely on :)

    i didnt said any thing about arrow as sub is useless i said that "arrow as sub aint guarantee armor break"

    brawler role in party is to interrupt and be a support in party yeah u got the support part but ur missing the point of being brawler :)

    im not into rank hugging id rather have a decent run than having a rank that means nothing in the end :)

    ive been experimenting brawlers too ur not the only one yet i'd rather test it first than post it cuz i would know the pros and cons about it and wont get butthurt when someone criticize my build :)..

    id rather have a 100% working "normal" brawler build than pt tank dependant :)..

    i have this build atm tho im too lazy to do mq atm xD his still at low lvl xD yet my range will stay at 7m since i want to have the speed for more motion speed when it comes on gatling knifes animation

    Gatling damage is bad even with max Agi and the rework. Also relies on an RNG proc. Thing is you also lose out on the arm break save from using daggers. Also gatling range is 8meters.

    With the 7mp, you can do very swift combo (Meoba -> armbreak -> impact swift -> Chariot smite -> (2mp ender swift)

    Power wave would need level 10 to do 10meters so its a bit of an SP sink.

    Of course it is bad if you don't know how to use it well. It's just like Finale. Everybody says it's op and needs more nerf, while others says it's harder to hit enemies because of the nerf.

    Edit: You said it yourself, with Arm break, you can use short combo. That combo you just mentioned has huge damage reduction because of save tag. And you mentioned power wave an sp sink? Let's see, how many points do you need to get at least level 1 Arm break again? That's around 21 points from power shot to Arm break level1 compared to power wave. And since you got longer range, you can prorate and do your ampr stuff. Personally, that is a much better choice, yes I know it is biased. But with knucks having innate high attack speed compared to other weapon types, you can do much more than just prorate, your ampr enjoys a boost as well. if you are forced back because of aoe or spikes, you can still attack. Prorate and regen MP, being too conservative on MP nowadays limits your full potential. Although ampr builds are expensive, you don't have to do it as you will naturally grow the longer you play. Also, spamming mindlessly will not make you improve.

    1. A standard close range brawler is great. I don't disagree with you. Lots of interrupts and debuffs with it's normal skills. In fact, the most effective way to play a brawler is close up. Is anyone saying otherwise?

    2. To use knuck main but not have to be up close AT ALL. I don't see why this is so hard for you to comprehend? It's a build.

    3. I've seen your azin build. It's normal.

    4. No one said arrow sub is useless. I'm suggesting to you as to snipe having a higher chance of armor breaking than shell break.

    5. That's why your build is 'normal' but regardless. To that I say, you're missing the point of playing a game.

    6. Good, I haven't had any bad runs on my arrow knuck.

    7. Sure thing, I've tested and used all of the builds I post extensively. As far as I can tell, you're the butthurt one because I'm pointing out your lack of comprehension.
