unknown error after creating new character

Ok so i decided to create new account with a new character on nox player after reading around the forums - for storage purposes.
However after i click ok, I was forced to quit and I can't log in to game.
Keep receiving
unknown error. failed to connect to server. please contact us blahblah.

anybody has this problem too?

 

I personally don't use nox because of how difficult it is to play on. But, when I originally tested nox out it would let me play for alittle while, but then it would kick me out after 10 mins or so. Not quite as similar as your problem, but still relatable when it comes to force quitting.

 

And So It Happen To Me Too This Day.
Im New On Forum BTW, The Problem Starts When I Want To Make A New Account.
5 Minutes Ago Its Good As Usual I Play, But Im Thinking To Make New Account So I Decided To Logout Then Toram Asking For Reset To Apply Changes.
After That The Toram Restart And Make New Character Button Show, So I Choose Make New One. After All Done, i Got This Problem.
Edit: Im Using Remix OS.
Might Someone Can Tell How Fix This~

 

try reinstalling..

 

-Trying Reinstall
-Delete Data
-Delete Cache
Does'nt Work At All, My Connection Just Fine.

Im Not Using Nox Btw ~,~
Im Using Remix OS on PC (Dual Boot From Windows 10).
The OS Just Updated Its Self This Days (More Like Windows Update) And All Game Got Problem Like That, But When I Uninstall And Install Again The Other Game Problem Fixed But Only Toram Still Like This -_-

I Tho The Point Of This Thread Is The Error After Making Character. Thats Why Im Asking It Here Too.

Doing On The Nox Emu, Real Android Phone.
To Make New Character, With New Gmail + Asobimo Account Too.
After All The Chara Design/Style, Press Next To Play The Game.
Its Poped Up, "Unknown Error | Failed To Connect To The Server, Please Contact Us Bla Bla......"
Hope Toram Team Fix This Problem.
