Unknown Error of "Logging In"

Recently, I created a new character in Toram but it shows an error message when I tried to login. I've submitted a ticket to Toram and already received the reply from Toram Online Customer Support, but it noted that I'm not suggested to share the information in it besides individual reference.(Well this actually shared......)
I posted this thread is going to tell you guys that none of those method works and the email of Toram Online Customer Support, so I would like to know if any of you facing the same problem and then I could reply the mail from Toram Online Customer Support with more information, Thank you.
