Up-to-date Skill listing?

After searching the internet, I've only found one list of skills for this game (on the "wiki"), and it's so outdated that it doesn't even have Halberd listed as a category. What's more, everyone theorycrafting on this forum seems to know information beyond what the game tells you if/when you buy the appropriate skill categories, like quirky ways different stats affect different skills. Where is everyone getting their info from? Are you all just math geniuses who can figure it out yourselves?

I've been trying to plan out my own characters, but it's tough when I can only "see" a handful of skills with vague descriptions.

Thats how like 90% info is obtained about skills for a game that doesnt even explain some of the most basic stuff.
But no one wanna make their own skill list or wiki because mainly everyone including me is lazy, we just store all the info in your brain. And also toram devs are infamous for changing hidden values of skills and stats without prior announcement so someone devoted to a guide/list must be dedicated enough to constantly keep retesting if in case something got changed or someone claims that the skill works differently than mentioned.

Regarding the infos , there are two ways : first is through trial and error , lastly is data-mining through the data files of the game itself.
