Superman is afraid of kyronite and magical powers not physical powers.

IMO, one punch is mainly a display of insanely strong physical strength thats probably way off the charts.

Anyway, superman will still receive damage but will not die unless it's dealt with by magic or under the effects of kyronite.

So i vote superman.

 

I would think super man would win, but I wish Saitama would win. He trained very hard for 3 years and a regular u an being while Super man had it in him all his life. Super man needed to unlock his powers and that's a cheep why to gain powers :/

That was a low blow to Superman, The Martian Manhunter and super heroes who were born with there powers or gained them by accident.

 

Well superman didn't gain his powers by accident. He was born a alien like human and he just so happened to unlock his potential them during his life.

 

Well, the unlock his potential part depends on which comic you read, he technically doesn't have superepowers, for us it seems just like he has them but that's just normal kryptonian biology and in some versions he already has all of his powers but due to living as a human he developed mental blocks that prevented him from using them.

.......wait, I'm going off topic....and have no idea where I'm going......
