I have received several enquiries about my hybrid mage build, so I'd like to share here. It's a DPS/Support/Healer Mage build.
Not many players appreciate and adopt the DPS, Support and Healing Mage build as one of their main characters.
I name it the War Priestess.

For this build, we can use Precaria's WarMage or Angelus Mage as the foundation or basic build. The basic stats distribution and gears work fine.

I'd like to credit @Precaria for writing a very comprehensive and systematic guide on WarMage and Angelus Mage.

The essence in the differences lies in:
    1. Stats distribution at higher levels
1st stat is same as Angelus Mage - Full Int. Go full Int first for high M.Atk and M.Def

2nd (and 3rd stat): Either Full Vit for high MaxHP pool and high P.Def or a mix of Vit and Dex.
    • We don't need as much Vit as the Angelus since we are not Tanking and in the front.
However, having high Vit does help with better survivability. High Vit gives high P.Def and MaxHP.
Significant damage mitigation can also be achieved when used with Sanctuary - 95% damage reduction when MaxHP is 10x damage received from mob.

    • 1 Dex gives +1 M.Atk and +3 CSPD, so you can cast faster in addition to higher magic damage output.

3rd or 4th (Personal) stat (optional): MTL. For better ailment resistance

    2. Positioning
Putting your character in mid to back lines instead of front.
Since you are not Tanking like the Angelus, staying in mid to back lines allows you to have better and wider view of the battle field.

    3. Choice of Role and Focus of skills
Do you focus more on DPS or Support/Healing?

Meaning, are you a DPS mage as your Primary role and Support/Healer as secondary, or Support/Healer as Primary and DPS as secondary?
This build is versatile in that you can switch primary roles seamlessly to and fro as battle situations change.

    4. Development and prioritisation of skills at higher levels
    Extends from #3.

If you want to be a primary DPS Mage, learn better offensive magic skills first and supplement with Support and Healing skills when there are more Skill Points and/or new skills are released. If you prefer to provide more Support/Healing, do the opposite.

We can still use the list of skills to add for the Angelus, but you are free to tweak the order of skills to learn based on your Primary and Secondary role preference.

An addition to the list of skills is Shield Cannon, the skill after Shield Bash from the Shield Skill Tree.
Shield Cannon can be executed from a distance while Shield Bash's range is 3m.

    5. Tactics, Strategies and Play Behavior requirements
With the War Priestess, you are not doubling as a Tank, so drawing and maintaining aggro/mobs' attention to your character doesn't apply.
Instead, you are now doubling as a Support/Healer. Besides dishing out as much magical damage as possible, you have to learn to be an effective Support/Healer as well.

Refer to this basic guide I have written for Support/Healer role:
