I was wondering how you could possibly get there with a CCCC, so it's actually the Death Colon how's it going for you without MP? I'm saving my Oblivion for Tier 4 reset but if things go the way I expect, we'll end up pretty similar in builds

Sorry to break it but trustworthy sources have proved that 11000aspd is the motion speed cap(motion speed+50%). Above that aspd you can keep increasing but you will see no change in motion speed

It's a shame it's not something like 70%, it's fine though. Too be honest, that's fast enough for me to be happy. At some point, i'd rather not keep increasing motion speed and focus on HP/Def/Damage/barriers/ect. Not like we'll be hitting that cap with a weapon anytime soon anyway.

Never know though. They could ninja patch it once Brawlers can reach that point with a Knuckle. There's no need for it to be any higher right now.

 

You could say some people are datamining the apk of the game to find out stuff that the devs would never tell us otherwise. I am just a middle man for them sharing the info. The formula for motion speed says above 1000aspd every 200aspd gives 1% motion speed and the maximum motion speed achievable through this is 50% (which is the same as all your attacks having swift combo tag)

Do you think you can make a thread with this "secretly obtained" info? Or at least drop a few tips that would greatly benefit us? Im pretty sure knowing this type of info could help improve our stat and skill calculators, and overall help us improve our builds.

 

Lol sure but we still dont know if doing such stuff can cause you trouble in game or if it comes under the terms of service. Thats why for now I am only sharing the data slowly by replying on such threads.
The miners want their identity to be kept secret as well. It will be troublesome if suddenly they updated the game with encryption (some sort of code lock?)

 

Thats what I mean. Its better to just dump all the data on to a document before someone gets in trouble or they lock the data like you said.

Wait, so does Swift Tag still take effect once the max motion speed is reached? Or does it just hard cap at 50%?

 

I dont think so as trigger and swift dont stack either. Similiar cap exists for cast time of magic skills as they are reduced by cspd, cspd effect cap is around 5500 which is lower considering cspd is difficult to obtain. Above that point cspd stops reducing cast time too.

 

Let me test if Swift has any difference at 11k ASPD, let you guys know in a bit

 

is it possible to get 4k attack speed for brawler without death colon xtal? If so, what equips do i need to get? Thanks.

 

255 AGI, Maxed Martial Discipline, Time Warp Watch, and Yelb xtal should be all you need to get there with any gear set.

 

I keep hearing though that anything above 2k is overkill and around 2k should be enough aspd. I'm confused as heck.

 

Thats what almost every "dps" says. Its up to you whether you wanna increase ur aspd to 2000 or even 5000 cuz in the end, all that motion speed will increase proration, ampr, and damage. In my opinion, its something brawlers should take advantage of, being one of few classes (builds) that can gain all this ASPD.
Besides, they wouldn't cap motion speed at 11000 aspd if the devs didnt want us reaching high numbers, like 8000 or 9000 aspd.
