Ways to increase alchemy prof?

Currently Level 89 Proficiency (Alchemy)
I create Vaccine III but it doesn't increase anymore
Aside from buying mithrils from sololo and synthesizing it to HP Mithril,
is there any new way to increase proficiency to level 100?

With character level 70 and all points put in Tec you can successfully craft Revita IV for quick Alchemy Prof leveling from 0-86. Just use another character and farm Pova at Lonogo Canyon process the soft leaf until you have 17,600 Med Pts along with gathering 8 Flower Nectar stacks then use the 8 Flower Nectar stacks and 17,600 Med Pts for Revita IV x99. You'll get about 1330% into Alchemy Prof levels each time you do it from 0-73 then the percent gained will lower, I recommend buying alchemy skill level 2 putting at least 5 skill points in both bottles and maxing both Item Synthesize skills before you start crafting.
