Um, unsure of what is actually selling at those excessive prices on the consignment board.
But, I'd say the two slot time warp watch is consistently around 120m

+S weapons, two slots... Float around 50m plus.

But I'm reluctant to pay too much for player created equips, as new updates always bring new potential.

Like, if someone has 300m spina to burn then they probably either invested a lot of money geting Piercers, purchased it via RMT, botted, or Toram is their full time occupation.
