Which build? Which class?

Hey guys,
I am utterly in confustion of what i should do about build/class ive tried many builds [ not to full build ] but after i look at them once or twice i lose all interest i just cant find a build that i would enjoy or like playing i like knuckles but pure no subs though i cant find any like it ive tried @SirEgg pewpewpew mage but it really didn't hit a core in me and im also interested in halberd but ive heard its not that good i want a stable dps build. If anyone could show me or help me decide it would be much appreciatrd.

 

Kudos on trying a brawler, you can just a dagger on the sub weapon so that the slot won't go tp waste.

As for dps, you have not yet tried staff fu and 2h, like halberd they are both str class.

Egg's pewpewpew mage is kind of like a staff fu build in my opinion so they've tried a sort of staff fu build but didn't like it ^.^

Rye's right. I took another look at Egg's pewpewpew mage build and realized I mixed up triple smiting with triple kick using so my apologies for the confusion an mistake on my part

 

For stable dps builds, you can try 2h, staff fu, 1h fu or 1h with dagger or shield as sub.
The benefit of using 1h is it's a double stat weapon. Str gives critical damage and Dex gives damage stability & accuracy while both stats give+2 ATK each.

However, what is most important is to have a clear idea of your own play style. Some dps players go full steam on attacks, while some have breaking skills to nullify monster attacks as a defense tactic. Then there are some who use shield skills, guard and resistances as ever-present passive defenses.

I'd suggest you explore different weapons, subs and basic skill setups/combinations to discover your play style. After that, develop and refine your build(s) & play skills from there.

Edit: Mages have dps builds too. Long range magic attacks as core instead of physical ones.
My mage is a DPS + Support build.
