Was farming Proto Leon and invited them. After the first round they started insulting me and telling me I was playing wrong.
Left the party after putting up with it and farming with them and this is what I get.

Actually breaking parts does. When ifrid boss as 1st introduced to the game One week i farm Ifrid 2-3 hours a day(mainly cuase i was tryingi level up) in parties they didnt break parts. That whole week i didnt get a single xtal. The weeks after i only was joining parties that were breaking parts each week (cuase the EXP reward were higher) i had got 1-2 xtals each week

 

If people are nice to you, that means you are awesome.

Breaking meh.

I've received most of my xtals as rank awards... regardless of breaking. The drop rates are low for a financial reason. Even after doing Roga for months, breaking I've never received a Roga xtal.

Received two imitators in 30 minutes full breaking during the weekly drop challenge.

Received three BKoD xtals without breaking, 2 awards and one randomly dropped.

But others in the party never received any when I got the drops. So, chances are the drop rate increase is barely noticeable. Who knows how the RNG works for drops.


But you can get xtals without breaking, and anyone raging over breaking is just an asshole.

I dont think breaking parts help xtal drop what so ever.I mostly got xtals with rank rewards and fast runs.Red banner drop like xtal hav very low drop rate anywayz so breaking dun really matter imo. U can also note that there are sum boss like memcouleus B,B Gob which dun hav any parts to break @@ and all miniboss hav no parts yet hav same xtal drop rate as boss ,atleast that what i think xD. Btw people like that in ur pt are just bullies (>,<)

 

Of course. Breaking them just helps increase the drop rate,but it doesnt always mean you gonna get one

I noticed the quantity of my drops increased provided i got rank when parts are broken. So i think dropping 2-3 items got a more chances of dropping stuffs than just having 1 item drop each runs. Quantity also increase sometimes from harder modes (hard/nightmare)
