why doesn't this game work?

i first download Toram on my secondary phone, samsung galaxy S4
every 10min the game freezes while music is still playing in the background...
then i couldn't log back in for a while after i restart the game
fine, the phone was rooted, i was thinking maybe that's way
which is fair enough

so i downloaded it on my Sony Xperia Z2
completely unrooted official OS
i ran it, same problem
and it happens on both wifi and mobile network...

so, i was thinking if i play it on PC with android emulator
i would actually work properly for once due to stable internet connection and hardware
but NO...
i have BLUESTACKS installed as i like to play RPG games on PC with bigger screen
where i can play and look up quest info and item drop and such
yet on BLUESTACKS, it's won't even get pass the character creation part with out the game crashing and auto close...

fine. i download another emulator call ANDY
yet it didn't even wanna run on due to "your hardware does not support....."

i mean... wth is wrong with this game?
please fix the problem with your game
so i could at lease play it somehow

Have u check the game support devices. maybe dat will help coz the game only support some devices :T

 

really wondering why S4 n Z2 got that issues tho... both should be fine models

 

i honestly don't know
but since the Z2 also getting the same problem as the rooted S4
it wouldn't be a security issue due to rooted OS
wouldn't be connection issue either
i have tested the game with 3 different wifi network, which are all stable, including my home wifi
also my mobile network is pretty fast too...

just really upset coz i really like how they made this game compare to INUNA

 

i don't know about Z2, but S4 is pretty main stream is it not?
i don't see why they wouldn't be supported

 

1) Blue stacks and most Rooted devices can't run Toram. You'll usually get a "a third party app that may interfere with gameplay" has been detected" error message before the app closes.
2) I recommend contacting Toram support. These are fan made forums, so none of us can really "fix" the game.

 

I don't actually have the same issue but I noticed that whenever i turned off all music, chats, and other people animation the game becomes more stable

i tried, they send me a email back saying "reinstall, and check phone setting" ect...

tried that, the game ran for a bit longer (about 20min?) then freezes like usually
on both mobile

 

Oh do you have low ram and memory on your phone? That can usually be the case.

 

as for my Z2
Chipset: Qualcomm MSM8974AB Snapdragon 801
CPU: Quad-core 2.3 GHz Krait 400
GPU: Adreno 330
Memory: 3 GB RAM

i've tried to clear some ram before playing, didn't help
so yah... i really don't know...

 

Just in case it hasn't been mentioned or tried, turn off all other apps when playing toram
