Wont let me submit account?

    Idk if I'm just not getting this but it wont allow me to submit always get error.

    This is response I always get:
    "ASOBIMO Account Submit Failed
    Cannot submit. Please refer to FAQ for further questions.(code:022)"

    Tho the faq doesn't help my situation. Can someone aid me? lol

    If you're using android:
    1. add the email account to your android users
    2: log into toram on your current account
    3: navigate to the submit account section, but instead select logout
    4: you should be given an option to select your newly added user email
    5: restart toram (on new account)
    6: now try submitting said account
    *once it's submitted, you should be able to switch accounts freely.

    Wait wait, the above post won't help if this is your second time trying to Submit an account. If you try to submit multiple Asobimo accounts on a single device, you will get an error. Try uninstalling Toram. If that doesn't work, you might be out of luck. The good thing is, you only need Asobimo accounts if you're planning on playing across devices. If you're just account switching, you only need Google accounts.

    Submitting an account doesn't necessarily mean creating an Asobimo account - it's just registering your email to be tied to the current game/account you're using. I myself have done that multiple times on a single device. Can't remember exactly how i did it so i can't say if @Wyrix's way is the right one. And omg don't make him uninstall toram. He'll hafta download everything again.

    I rather not re-download it and end up losing my character...

    Already lost 1 character awhile back that was un-recoverable....not again lol



    But yea it didn't work, still same issues

    Hmmmmm.... I'm giving instructions to submit google email accounts..... I'm guessing you skimmed through my post without reading it.
    Honestly speaking, uninstalling/reinstalling toram should be a last resort.
    Plus, in this situation, how exactly would it help?
    Wouldn't the user be left with a high chance of losing their characters (due to the fact, they're unable to submit user account)....

    Ok when im submitting, no need for a picture sense its simple.

    You click account settings---->
    Submit------>
    *pop up* [FAQ-----Submit-----Login]----->
    *tap submit, then I enter my email, and password to be associated with the account when I try submitting the info---->
    "ASOBIMO Account Submit Failed
    Cannot submit. Please refer to FAQ for further questions.(code:022)"

    Are you trying to submit the account you're logged in on or a different account?
    You can only submit the account you're logged in on.
    If it's a different account, you'll have to add the other email account to your android users.
    (Following the steps I provided above)

    Yep didn't work. Let me speed this up, I tried using the email which is linked to my playstore which download the game and I play. I have also tried using the other email I already had on my users, I just added a 2nd 1 to list to try with that. None of it would work same issue.

    I attempted to login with all of them instead of pressing submit didn't work either. So it wasn't submitted unknowingly and it wont allow me to submit at all.

    The issue isn't the emails, xD

    if u've never created an asobimo acct, u won't be able to log in using your google play store account because they're two different things. you have to first create an asobimo acct first. the game for android is linked to two things, google play acct AND/OR asobimo. to log in u MUST use the asobimo acct. the aso can use the same email u use on google play store. but essentially it's 2 different items.

    Let me clear up something.

    Do I already need to have an asobimo account to put into the submit. Or does submitting an email make it become an asobimo.

    Likewise if need to create an asobimo er link for that?

    I just made a new email,
    added it to android users,
    logged out of current account,
    and selected new user email,
    went through game tutorial,
    then submitted that new email,
    received validation email,
    was successful.
    After trying to submit it a second time, I received the error message you mentioned.
    Did you check your email, maybe you've already been sent a validation email.
    If that's not the case, then I've no clue where the error lies.

    Submitting the email makes it an asobimo account.
