Can't log into the game. [Fixed]

Hey Guys, for some reason I'm not able to connect to the Toram Servers since the recent maintenance, last week. Does anyone know the reason why? My internet connection is fine, I have plenty of memory space, I've already tried to redownload the game and refreshing the app but none of the things I've tried seemed to work. If someone has a solution to my problem, it would be greatly be appreciated if you could tell me how I can fix it. ; - ; Also has anyone else been having this problem or is it just me?

P.S I'm on a iPhone 5s with 2.4 gbs of free memory.

P.S.S I've also tried turning off my phone and soft resetting it.

 

So I never got a response o - o it just fixed itself.

 

Sometimes this happens to me. I literally just exit out of the game by swipping up and going back in. It fixes itself haha. Idk xD

 

This morning I logged In and played for few hours and farmed golem, then when I tele back to sof town it kicks me off, so thought eh no biggie, Ill just reload the app but come to find out I get that same message repeatedly, ive tried everything and it keeps popping up so now I cant even log into my account. Already sent few emails just waiting for response, wish I had ur luck lol

 

Got a response from support, they of course mention the obvious to do,
-restart application
-restart device
-restart router if using wifi
-toggle airplane mode
And if none of the following work uninstall and then reinstall the app, thus ive done pretty much everything they mentioned and still no result keep getting that unknown error, ive looked around and seems alot of reviews and people are having the same issue, even new players who just downloaded game, I think its an issue with the latest maintenance, either way im out of the game till resolved :/ buzz kill.

 

Try loading the game under a different app/play-store account, and see if the game loads.

 

Tried under my other account loaded and played fine just now pretty much starting from scratch in making a character on that one. Guess its with certain accounts this issue arises.

 

i have fixed this problem
all you have to do is download hola lancher inyour mobile
open in and click more app in the first option select toram and change the location and start it

 

it will be open this time
it just have login location problem my works every time likethis if it doesnot i just change the location again it will runs how ever thier is one diffrence cause my stcks at "AQUIRING ID " not at "LOGING IN " so try this it mayby your best shot XD

 

i'm having a problem,I play toram online using bluestacks on pc,i never faced any problem.But recently it says that I don't have enough free space,this may affect gameplay,memory doesn't respond correctly....why????can anyone solve this..

 

I fonot belive their is any solution for that for now cause i also face that peoblwm on bluestacks and btw that i belive is because of root or rooting apps i bet you have rooted or you have/had (focuse on HAD) apps which root or run on root so that problem still stay unsolved in my knowledge

 

The best thing i can say is that unistall blue stacks completely [COMPLETELY] that works for some ppl it mostly works
