The Pure Archer Build

He's upset that he needs to invest all of his initial stat points into Dex. .-.

 

He's probably used to other games where you can evenly balance all stat points and make a great all around character but as opposed to other games in Toram that's a very bad idea

I mean is there anyway to balance out the fact that I only level dex with items or is it just a leap of faith with the stat building sorry I'm not very articulate

 

In toram if you balance all your stats out you'll suck hardcore. Just a fact. Most builds are based upon a single stat and then some points put into other stats afterward. The only time partially balanced stats will work well is with some Dual Wield builds, and some builds that have more VIT invested to be tankier. Otherwise, if you're using a bow, your attack will increase more with DEX and STR than with any other stat, so using any other stats is silly.

 

Um...oh thanks I get it now I appreciate the help one more thing if I want to unlock more skills besides the beginner ones what must I do I saw some name there I think it was Lululoco or something??

 

Don't forget that Dex increases accuracy lowering chance of missing as well which unless you have 100% crit rate makes it more useful than Str

Go to the library in town and buy new skills ^^

Get a few Revita and the starter equipment plus equipment you get from battles along the way should be decent until after you defeat Decel on Nisel Mountain in my opinion also buy Survival Skills at level 50(I think this is when it's available) for the HP and MP boost skills. After defeating Decel start working on getting better gear and follow the 1st post of this guide after you've defeated through ECB in MQ and have a level 70 character to earn spina efficiently for making your own Pure Archer character.

Almost forgot about that completely again but since Forest Wolf is the first boss in the game since we fight it in tutorial as long as you use your map to find out how to get back to the forest it's at that is honestly one of the better choices for anyone new to the game and will be useful until Boss Roga at least ^^

 

Yep the map has proven it's usefulness since I got lost a lot haha but I'm good now by the way is it worth it to tame a monster???

 

Yep taming monsters is worth doing. One's with desirable qualities sell for a decent bit of spina or can make for a good farming buddy however you can't use the pet or release it from the cage until after you buy land.

 

Land ok does the concept of land get introduced in the game and explained or???

Hi, I completly followed your build, but my damage are really low compared to others peoples. I'm only lvl 102 (255 dex) but my damage are only around 40k is it normal ? I use the player crafts equipments that you recommended too with some xtalls on them, and the recommended combo too so I don't understand. I tought it might because of my level but when I farm boss there's often lvl 70-90 peoples with higher damages than me

 

This build is not made for damage which pink lady stated on the 1st page. If you only want attacker rank then use a different build
