So today I reinstall the app trying to fix the login issue. And I have lost access to my account, which was not linked to an Asobimo account. Do any of you know if I can still get my account back? I did make some purchases using Google Play, I would assume they can track link my game account to my Google account somehow?

u use Google account right? I think there is a way to get it back as long as your phone use the same e mail

 

All we can do is wait. Since tech support doesn't work weekends, chances are we'll just have to be patient until Monday.

No, I'm a new player. The account was not linked to anything. But I did purchase orbs using inside the game using my google account. I just hope that they can track that record and link my account to my Google account email. Their customer support is probably getting a lot of messages over this weekend though.

Well, there are some who've been waiting 18 hours, and plus apparently support doesn't work on weekends.
So that means you'll have to wait until Monday morning or afternoon, which is probably gonna take many more hours no matter where in the world you are.
