Error logging in

Encountered this error while trying to login. Has tried restarting phone and reinstalling the game. Anyone know how to resolve this?

Nope. Not banned. Manage to login by using wifi. Really weird as i can watch youtube without buffering just fine. Do Toram need more?

wooahh, lucky you. As for me, i still cant log in even though i changed the internet (data/wifi)

 

You can also try using a vpn, I always get that error message if I don't use a vpn because I'm currently in china right now, and china's great firewall blocks most of the "foreign" servers based in other countries, there's some free ones, like supervpn

Np, I usually only need the vpn during the login process, and then I disconnect after I successfully login, so if you think that your connection's too slow and it lags a bit you can try disconnecting from the vpn after you successfully went through the login process
