Stuck at "Downloading new data" after creating character

    Ok, so the upper downloading bar gets stuck at a certain point (see attachment). The bottom downloading bar loads, but the upper bar is stuck. I've tried quite a few fixes such as:
    -Reinstalling (5 times)
    -Turning my WiFi off and on
    -Rebooting my phone
    Please help me fix this problem because this seems like a really well made game and I really wanna play it. View attachment 51110

    just try again at a different time of day.
    most likely it's because the server is full.

    It could also be because of your internet connection. It really takes some time to download the data when you're new and your connection is pitiful. Yes, I'm talking about countries like Philippines and etc.

    Edit: as long as the lower portion is working, you should just patiently wait or continue it later when the connection is at peak.

    What phone are you using? If you just installed the game and created char for the first time, if your phone cannot support Toram Online, this issue may surface :(

    I'm using a vivo Y81. Idk how to check if thats compatible with the game or not. :(

    It's your connection not the phone because your phone is newer and has higher specs than my device I play on.
