Weird glitch

Was farming vena when a player jumped in front of me and made me pull up the interation menu and started seeing what I believe was some of his equipment and I think skills except it was in all Japanese for like half a second then I got locked in place and couldn't interact with anything but the move camera control's. I don't know if looking at players items is a feature I just now learned about or if some under develope feature devs working on but i never seen something like this before.

 

Never Heard of that one but mine kinda weird too
I just logged in one of accounts but suddenly logged in another player's account i cannot remember his or her name but its had "LIZ" at first.

 

Maybe your email and password is almost identical to that LIZ guy and you mistyped a character? Me and my siblings do this. We just change a letter or add a number. Although in your case, the odds are really really low...
