Please, suggest some anime to watch!

I'm more of an old school anime person primarily, but:

Wicked City [1987 Mystery/Action-Fantasy Movie]

It's one of the most bizarre, yet intriguing animated movies I've watched. (Do note, it gets really violent and it... Borrows some elements from a certain other subgenre.. *cough*)

Blood Lad, it's about the life of a vampire weeb in the demon world

 

I'm horrified. The anime studio in Kyoto, home of some of my favorite anime (Lucky☆Star, K-On, Melancholy Haruhi Suzumiya, Love Chiunibyo & Other Delusions, Nichijou, Air, Kanon, Clannad) has been set on fire killing 33 people. We lost a lot of very talented artists who worked really hard to bring us the best anime they could make. I cant type anymore. It doesn't really make you "not a true anime fan". It's just that listening to anime in its original language has its own charms that not many English dubs can pull off.
This is also because the voice acting industry in Japan is really strict and competitive so most people say its much better. That's why if you don't know about it it really shows that you don't know much about anime yet.
Of course there are exceptions. For example: Cowboy Bebop is famous for having a better English dub than the Japanese dub. Also, even though Detective Pikachu isn't actually an anime, its English dub is also said to be better for the majority.

 

I would not say watching anime dubbed makes you "not a true anime fan" it's just a lot of meaning/jokes what their saying gets lost in translation. Like this scene from pokemon.

 

I haven't watch any anime for nearly a year already, excluding hentai of course.

• Castlevania (Really like this).
• Bleach (one of the big ol' 3 and still love it, I re-watched it a few days ago).
• Boku no hero academia is an okay one, I didn't want to watch it at first because it seemed bad for me tbh but I instantly got hooked on to it.
• Drifters if you like war/history mixed up with an isekai anime. It's not as... how do I say... b*tchy as other isekai, this is full-on war. (the additional text is world war in another world).
• Rising Of The Shield Hero it's an isekai but the character development and plot are great totally recommend it.
  
• 91 days something like a mafia anime.

Those are the ones which left most impact on me, I watched a lot of other anime but these are the ones I would always recommend.

 

OMG!!!! ♡♡♡Megumin♡♡♡ Favorite of konosuba. I totally want to see this movie now.
