when ever i try to post a picture it doesnt show. why?

 

it shows as this thing!

 

Try to upload it to your media library or other external image hosting site then use the url here

 

I usually use the menu bellow, "upload a file", for posting image. I never trust that "IMG" next to smilies.

 

the can only display image files from an accessable source, such as the internet.
if you put a link to an image from your computer, it can't access it.
for that, use the [Upload a File] button at the bottom.

 

what about for a signature?

there are size limitations.

 

the pic is smallish, no where near the size of yours, i don't see why it shouldn't be allowed
