About the Smite tag revert

    Seeing people on many platform who weeped about the smites change and talked sh** about Aso yesterday, now praised them like their savior really humored me

    *cough* Putting that aside, what are you guys' thought about this changes?
    Personally, I disliked the changes, it somewhat prevented me from creating new playstyle using new tags, and people who blindly followed the old guides will just buried their sh into them again.
    And I've seen people who cried about something like "I can't reach my old damage without using long combos" and tbh, I pity them. This is what a NERF is.
    People just refused to adapt, sadly

    Other combo tags will be unbalanced. Imagine having opener>some fillers>any non cast time skill(invincibility)>finale(smite)
    ALL CLASSES can be invincible just having a cheap bless stargem LOL

    the new smite was only good as finisher skill.
    using it early would only work on short combos (with less damage), otherwise the drawback would be higher than the benefit when used in the 2nd-4th slot.

    although that isn't so bad. it makes sense to be a finishing move rather than a power filler.

    if they undo all changes, they better buff the other tags accordingly. otherwise more than half will become useless again.

    I like the new combo system. It actually improves damage outputs, but people are just too lazy to work it out.

    Contact Suzuki and let him know you want the new system, otherwise the nubs win.

    Let us all borrow the powers of Google translate and then spam the Japanese language website to support the original combo tag system rework.

    Support the new blood generation of creative builds and combos! No to stagnant 3 stks gsw impact smite meta!! More risk more reward!! HP and resistance also matters!! Support skill tree also matters!! The new combo system also supports these underrated but very important stats and skill builds.

    At most, people gets 30% nerf on smite which isn't a big deal. I tried grinding a bit on my own at level 200+ and still able to kill in under 30secs. Some people in a group chat I am in have already adjusted their combos and hell it was a lot more refreshing and looks more cool watching them use multiple skills and not just spam SC and still kill alto real quick. New smite system>old. I'm saying this despite I'm one of those getting hit by nerf.

    Instead of reverting old smite back, they should make guard and evasion usable during the combo process. They implement this system and did not make use of its potential for long combos, what a waste.

    Watch them reply with, "that's what mirage evasion is for". Mirage Evasion my ass, it only works on skills with casting time and once every 10 secs... while bosses use AOE larger than your dodge radius. Perfect way to die.

    That would be too good to be true if they replied to us (gaijins).

    instead of cd, they should make mirage counters just like evasion counters, I don't get it why they didn't think of that, too broken? heck new boss patterns won't even let us cast long combos.

    I remember when Evasion system was released you could use manual evasion middle combo, but they said it was a bug and patched it later. Good days.

    I just hope that since they're reverting smite, that they at least give bloodsucker the smite revamp treatment in slightly nerfing it but reducing the mp cost. That way we can still use that next to smite without killing a full mp bar...

    I though the invincible just work only on the moment you using the skill, isn’t ?

    Invincible works on the whole skill animation, but the charging time isn't considered. Powershot is an exception.

    Improves it In what way? If I'm not mistaken your taking more time using buffer combos to even reach the same smite dmg than previously so how's it actually improving your dmg output??

    new combo system is good tbh tho its not the heavy dmg dealer hits the most its who has low dmg(knux main). they should balance the weapons first before doing this kind of change.

    improve damage and lower mp cost (you might trigger multiple trigger quick draw for 0mp combo benefit)
