If I post a link to youtube will I get banned?
There's a video there about Flash Blast test, that guy evade more than 8 out of 14 attacks from bone dragon (level 21) With reflex effect
i suspect the % is real number and no more base....

Maybe they buff up DW and Brawler for being to weak and change the mechanic?

My evasion rate increase a lot after I put light armor mastery too (not calculating but I'm making Flash DW)



I clarify this with : I got no evasion with Dodge Up level 10 (level 40 char) with normal armor) dodge up should add evasion base before

 

So you say Evasion + (flat) doesn't exist anymore, then how does this stat work?

I do believe we have a Base Evasion Rate. And it increases by decimals with character level. I also believe that Light Armor, Daggers and Reflex add a flat value to our base evasion rate. While Light Armor Mastery and the other equipment and xtals with Evasion Rate % add the said % of our base Eva. Rate to the total Eva. Rate.

it's contradict my mole eyes evasion... so without anything our character has evasin base? it's contradict if we use no evasion equipment or light armor, we never evade at all..

or maybe that butterfly stuff is jst an error... they forgot change it to dodge..

 

I saw you passed by when I was farming sofya tp. This will be easier to compute if there is a switch to turn off dodge while you test evasion.

You've come a long way. Sorry I wasn't able to back you up.

I'm not sure if someone can use mole eye + light armor on a full INT / STR / DEX and see if there is a difference. As much as no one agrees that DEX affects evade, based on @Cella's info in first post and my own experience, I evade more with a DEX character.

I have +29% evade gear + Light remod, I evade about 4-5 out of time times.

I don't know how that makes sense with / without a base, as each side of the argument has valid points.

 

Yes you are right. After getting a forest wolf armor drop. They changed the Evasion +4 stat to Dodge +4 stat.

 

Uhm? What are you saying guys? We dont need a base number to calculate, if its 10% then it'll just stay in 10%... you just add up all the percentage and maybe, maybe, you can get to 90% eva which almost evades everything.. look iruna, the ninja build.. they have 100% evasion rate... thats percentage and not a flat number

You might be right. For example, Butterfly Float potion increases +5 evasion, according to the description. But, it actually increases your flee rate when you look at the status screen. That's what I realized. They forgot to change evasion + into dodge +.

 

Lol i just plan to test butterfly pot on Evasion... And I dont think i need to do that... You prove that sooo easily TT

Confirmed Data :
- Evasion% Rate is a FIX RATE
- Dodge Up Battle Skill does not increase Evasion Rate

Unconfirmed Data :
- Dex increase Evasion Rate
(So far no one reject it, but no accurate data to prove this one)

I used Overheat Potion and my Flee went up by 10 (+10 Dodge/Flee), so now it's effectively NOT an Eva Pot anymore.
The buff icon is a green boot.
