I love watching debates but i agree that those rude one's who keeps using idiots/stupid should be ban. We can all express our opinion without being rude or offending someone.

 

Err... I'm also though this is quitting message, so i read through all and found out *suprise* then back to lurking *calm*
Anyway i know the feel of being too nice
Mine is because of I'm too nice, people often use me as a tool instead of as a helping hand, and get complain about I'm not good enough blah.. .blah.. .blah. .
Aside of all negative thinking, please at least remain some part of your nice, it's for the people that who support you, truly think you as his/her friend, partner, people that have faith on you and etc.
Now gotta end this comments, sorry if i said too much...it's just feel like that's also have people that having same problem with me and feel that I'm not alone.
Anyway wish you have a nice day and nice 1 year anniversary for you playing toram ^^/

What about flames that aren't actually flames(i.e, simple and peaceful disagreements or things the mods don't like/agree with) that aren't against the rules?

I also think that if you plan on enforcing this to a T, you ought to also enforce the other rules(btw, I'm not saying you aren't as of now).

I also think you mods ought to decide what constitutes as flaming as it seems so vague and up to how the mods are feeling that day. In fact, I think you mods ought to create a revamped set of rules that, while not quite official, are the ones that are enforced by the mods. Just because of the fact that the current ones are either too vague or not enforced. If you'd like, I can suggest some changes/clarification in the rules.


Also, I think you ought to be a balanced mix between ruthless and nice. A good balance makes a good mod,

 

I understand the Goodbye title means "bye to the nice old kariin" and "hi to the new strict kariin". Remember when Vash posted the announcement looking for a new mod in January and I was all over the place voting for you, I knew you'd make the best job for it from all the forum members. Even if this guy above my comment says "you should do this you should do that" he's not considering that besides being a mod you're also a human with a family, a toram player with a guild to be with, you have a job and even while being at work you try to be present in everything, running the TFL and other aspects of your real life all at the same time. How many of us could handle all of that? So for me nice or strict you're still the best.
