Hello guys,i just have played this game for about 5 hrs,now my i'm lv 45.The game has many confusing things that i have never met in any kind of RPG ive played so far. Like it's the skill and stats that boost dmg the most the most and equipment just contribute a somewhat mediocre part. Right now im having a problem with getting gear, quest don't give any equipment reward, and im broke as hell , not even have enough spina to learn skills. Lurking in the guide section making me kinda lost since there is no progession guide, like what should i do from lv 1-70 or what should i do get this/that item, and what should i focus on first when u play the game or trick, tips with lvling.

1: talk to all NPCs, especially the Town Guards. they tell you what to do to get started.

2: visit the NPC blacksmith to get equipment. new recipes become available as your level increases.

3: hunt monsters to collect items. you can sell them at the General Store to get money or process them at the Blacksmith or Synthesist to get material points.

The equipments that are made from NPCs are untradable and can't be sold to other players. However, you can trade and sell the ones made using skills. For starters, just make an armor from the NPC Blacksmith, see if you can find one that suits you. Usually, mages use Aqua Garb as a starter armor. If you're a swordsman or an archer, Forest Wolf Garb is good. There are better options, the ones I told you are examples.

It's best if you level up by doing certain sub-quests first before moving on to the next main quest. And do not take main quests on easy mode. It screws the gameplay.

for Alchemy, doing it yourself doesn't cost money :)
for Blacksmithing, you can make custom equipment.

potions aren't that expensive and doing it yourself can fail and you get nothing. the good part is Equipment Synthesis (fashion) since it costs a fortune at the NPC ;)

player-crafted equipment is not better than others, it's just different.
you can freely customize stats to make unique equipment, but not all existing stats are available.
Refinement has lower success, but is cost free, just like Potion Brewing.

level is not everything, equipment is just as important ;)

too many people just grind for levels but still run around with leather armor and some random common drop gears and whonder why the bosses are so tough :p

Actually with 200+ Tec player refinement is better than NPC but you're right about the rest ^.^

If you've beaten through brutal dragon Decel in main quest then it's best to start farming shell masks on the cliff in Nisel Area 2 for bitter nut and nisel wood then turning in the items for The Overlooked Snack Side Quest at Zono and the Timber Shortage Side Quest at Yunis in Sofya until you reach level 70 after that work on your main quest until you defeat Empress then you can turn in Nightmare Crystal stacks to Lefina in Sofya until you reach level cap. As for spina earning you can sell items you get on the Consignment Board or try to sell them through trade to other players, can also do as Fox said and sell them to NPCs but you'll get a lot less spina selling to NPCs instead of other players in most cases
