    I am a vit bs lvl 130 , when i start to stat armor by watching youtube, i am not getting enough pot after adding negative stat while in the youtube they gets 150+ pot and can easily stat. Please help me

    You need a full TEC blacksmith character to stat things "properly".
    The VIT smith you've got is only good for crafting armor, because 10 VIT = 1 potential for the armor you make, but it can't add good stats because the potential return for adding negatives depends on how high your TEC is. You need full TEC to do stats.

    I hav 70+ points on tec wont that be sufficient? If not how many points on tec will do fine for stating?

    You will need TEC 255 to do stats that people are willing to buy. 255 TEC is kinda the standard, all the stat formulas and tutorials are made for characters with 255 TEC... I think you do need full TEC for it.

    You might know this already but you also need to max customize equipment skill, high-level customization skill and accurate customization skill for a stat smith.
