How off topic can u be?

The topic on hand here is how off topic one can be so everyone here who is spamming off topic stuff are actually on topic.

But my biggest concern is if a thread is about being "off topic" and to be off topic in a thread related to "off topic" shouldnt that mean everyone needs to show how on topic they can be?

Hold on... 1 + 1 = 111 instead of 11 since you're supposed to carry the 1 right? Well I just thought of something: if the 1s had twins, then the answer would actually be 1111, and if they had triplets the answer would be 11111, but I suppose it depends on what gender your numbers are, because if you had two male or two female 1s, then the answer actually would be 11.
