Have u met a tanker like this? (The "entitled" class?)

From a lvlcap dps mage, he changed to a lvl120+. Also I do believed lvl doesn't matter sometimes, but it's still a fact that most stats from gears get % from the based stats. And the results shows we killed 3 odelons 3x longer than we killed it previously that made me check the members like what u said odelons was hype that time and very new. Plus the fact the both of you changed without informing your members

 

Well the part that "how about killing all of the mini bosses yourself too if you think you are so op?" And it was posted right after my post that made me assumed it was for me coz I'm very vocal I can't kill any boss at the current progress and most of builds here for tank promotes DMg. Been in this forum in a year and never tried to bash any tanks guides here.

And the comment I made was for the TS why I said "I didn't signed for this" tho your reply wasn't involved putting yourself as a tank which I assumed u used 1.

 

And I think even when the game started tanks are pretty much discriminated already. Dps spams thier hearts out the if they die they blame it because of aggro. This game is all about dps, sometimes try to make a tank and play it for a bit to experience how a tank in a game before you try discriminate the role. Reason why tank statistics so less in this game

 

Imo, there's something you should expect and accept if u join party with randoms, Expect to burn more rev/energy bottle, expect to have a much more longer run and sometimes we dont communicate enough to make people understand what we want. Accept the fact that not all players out there have the same equips, skills, knowledge and spina as you, so farming becomes much more time consuming. Accept the fact that not everything will be in ur favour if u join party with randoms

 

Im always very specific if lfm. Like I said they were invited because of of the class+lvl they replied. Tho I wasn't aware they will switch. Anyway this thread might add to the hate tanks recieving as game started just because the tank refuse to cater the dps motives which is "power levelling".
Maybe that's the purpose why we have guilds. Now I wonder what's that super cute girl's guild.

 

And BTW I didn't blame them because my HP dropped fast for I am testing odelons and when I die I only blame myself. I said I didn't signed for this on their move to switch to a more weaker character that made killing 3 odelons 3x longer than the previous batch. That's why I felt the need to reply coz I know that sweet chic is talking about me. And information shared not exactly what happened. And it'll be like a dagger in my chest if I just keep quiet when I know what's the truth

 

Yea , it can be annoying when u burns too much rev and waste too much time farming when u can farm efficiently with decent party members, u said they changed their char, maybe they just forgot to tell you? Imo, no one's really at fault here, you guys just lack communication, bad communication=misunderstanding and misunderstanding=conflicts.

 

Come to think of it that maybe the best option a tank can have, "guildmates" can discuss strategies for the run and if generous even pool energy bottles to their beloved tanks you can whine and be salty but all can be peppy and let bygones be bygones (after a stack of bottles of course or any you prefer).
Often time a dps guildmate calls out a tank just for gem runs. They may even let you pay later (if you are dang good that is) and pool up a small budget at a pinch.

Tanking for randoms will always give you varied results(always expect loss) even if you do your best or even being so dang specific.(mostly misunderstandings but some are just messed up)

 

Yes. But it seemed that girl got a bad experience from that grind when it's so long ago she can't move on. If yes Ima have to apologise for me being a straight shooter and if I'm very choosy to my members base on what I think what I preferred.

Yes I agree tho I don't have one. I am burning rev that I always buy in cb for 7mos of my 1year gaming as a tank for I don't have a mage like Farmer for alchemist. I never blame dps if I burn much revita before coz If I pick u as a member in a boss farm/gem run, I don't care how much I'll use and if I burn so much thats my fault because I chose to do the run with you. I'm always prepared for revita and think of it as forever for me to find a party at that time. Except for the empress2 event I burn 50revs in 1 run just for the dps to fall later on. That event hits me so hard I'm asking rev4 1 stack for tanking.

 

Just another story about a tank.
Was invited to his pt when saw "lfm dps odelon". Found myself kiting 5 odelons while he was lying dead and arguing with someone in shout. Sorry dear, I had no time to chat.

Well i didnt know as well what that other mage's inuendos, like switching from 140 mage to 121 mage that make seems slower on the next run? Maybe? Or maybe not. Imo it just makes sense to use a mage for multiple mobs than a single target snipe. Like what u have also said it was like a test period for us and i think my mage can deal a decent damage over time with my elemental staff equiped, 21-22k x 6ticks of storm vs. 90-110k ish single target snipe. I was willing to compromise that time, thats why i askd u if i should switch back.. But u already started the drama. That what i have just said is just my point of view on that given situation and that was the TRUTH for me, you may have your own view if TRUTH as well on what happened. In my entire "career" in toram that was my first bad exp with a tank. "Firsts" are always hard to forget. #saltyoverload.

Okey, on mini bosses or weak bosses maybe.
But what about gemruns, difficulty event bosses? After that katana update i feel a bit useless since everyone say "Dont interrupt aoe" but still:
- Tank can keep prorate going
- Recover dps member from aliments
- Interrupt aoes
- Hold aggro
- Add warcry for more dmg
- Reduce dmg taken from pt members
Now say once again pure tank sux xD
But ur right, there still many retards who blame dps member everytime lol Even meet some tanks i stole aggro from even with keeping my aggro below 1k

But the way u constructed #2 u noticed my HP drops fast then I say " didn't signed for this" made other assumed I die coz and I blame my members for my HP dropping fast and without even saying the both of u did switch at same time that caused the misunderstanding. And yeah after I figured u guys switched to ur other characters in secret I felt used that triggered my temper. Nothing is new, I do leave party immediately for party who can't follow simple instructions, I blocked annoying people, I don't invite luk/bs chars, I disband a full lvl145 odelon party just because members can't even do basic stuffs like luring properly. I'm like that since I play this if that made me a very bad person on your own preference then I'ma have to respect that. Hate me instead and leave tank in general coz you had no idea how to be a tank and what dps like you said on our backs Everytime we lost aggro or die on our party because we not strong yet, because we lag, how their combo aggro higher than ours, or dc etc.
