1.0 Introduction 1.1 There is a lot of text to read below but please read it all as you'll be member of HEAVENLY ANGELS, you will be bound to these rules while you're a member of the guild. These rules / guidelines have been created to make sure guild members have a social environment to play in with as little drama as possible while also promoting guild progression. 2.0 Core Rules 2.1. HEAVENLY ANGELS only accepts members into its ranks that are of similar personalities, goals and values to its own. All of our members support and follow our core guild rules and anyone who cannot, will be removed. Upholding of all guild values and rules is required of all members. Members who cannot follow core rules and standards, will removed. 2.2 ANGELS: We expect all members to ensure that all actions they took or done are in the mindset of 'ANGELS'. Anything a member does reflects on the overall guild image and on all fellow members. We expect members to only take actions that reflect positively on the guild image that we have worked hard to build and maintained. 2.3 HEAVENLY ANGELS is a guild of multi-races and multi-religions. Racisism and religious talks will be directly banned and kicked from guild. No cursing, swearing, harassment, scolding, belittling of angel. Discrimination or slander based on race, gender, religion, sexual preference or anything that is not accepted in real life, will not be tolerated. Punishment will be swift and severe. Respect this unique family with family member from all around the world. Self focused and immature people will not be tolerated. 2.4 It is not permitted to relay any information outside the guild, for any reason, at any time. We do not share information with the public except shared or approved by Guild Master or 2nd in Command through official channels and forum. Therefore no member should reveal any information, no matter how minor they may think it is, outside the guild. 2.5 Participate In Guild Events. Hunts, Raids, Events and other in game activities. You are expected to take place in as many of them as possible. We understand people have life to make and cannot live within the online world and that is okay. But if you are online, and we are having a guild event of some sort, you need to be there and participating in it. It is all member responsibility to join GUILD MAZE. All member that picked by VICE ANGELS must obey. 2.6 Please respect all the VICES ANGELS. You can be assured that your leaders are working hard to make the game more fun for you. While the reason behind every decision may not always be apparent at the moment an order is issued, all orders from officers need to be immediately followed. If errors are made, they should be reported to Guild Master/2nd in Command where we will dealt with and, if needed, changes will made to the officer team. (All VICE ANGELS is permitted to remove/kick any member if they disrespect you) 2.7 We are a TEAM of FRIENDS. Backing up your guildmates is expected because they will do the same for you. HEAVENLY ANGELS members understand that sometimes personal character sacrifice is needed for the team to complete a mission. We dont view it as personal sacrifice, however, because we are helping out a friend and that is more important. Games come and go. So make friends. Those friendships make us strong. 2.8 Personal attacks on other members is not permitted. Handle issues with another player 1 on 1, in a mature professional way. Seek an VICE ANGELS help if needed but do not personally attack other members. 3.0 Standards Of Conducts These standards go hand in hand with our core guild rules but they bear repeating so all future members understand what we expect from members. Those standards of conduct include, but are not limited to: 3.1 No Disrespect. This includes serious name-calling, insults, racism, sexism, level or class discrimination, etc. However, humor is a huge part of our daily interactions as a guild PLEASE do not confuse humor with disrespect!!! If anyone has a REASONABLE complaint along any of these lines, please take the steps outlined below. 3.2 No Begging. This includes asking REPETITIVELY AND/OR RUDELY for equipment, items, leveling and/or Main Quest assistance, etc. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLY ANNOYING BEHAVIOR, and we rarely encounter such within our guild, BUT If anyone has a REASONABLE complaint along these lines, please take the steps outlined below. 3.3 Members may not use cheats or exploits. This includes all of the common interpretations of the word, such as: hacking, duping, botting, falsifying information, etc. We have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY toward cheaters in HEAVENLY ANGELS!!! 3.4 No Ceasing of Activity for More Than 1 Weeks. Simply vanishing off the face of the earth without any notices indicating you wish to go to Fallen Angels Road, as a sign you have quit the guild and membership is removed. Of course exceptions will be made if you have special circumstances (illness, school, work, family, personal, etc.). However, for these exceptions to be noted, and for your slot to be reserved, you must contact the Heavenly Angels Guild Master (Li Ting) or 2nd in Command (ELIE) or one of the VICE ANGELS with the reason for your extended absence within 2-4 weeks of your absence to avoid the possibility of being kicked. We are an active guild, and this rule is a necessary evil to keep us that way!!! 3.5 No Blatant Display of Disloyalty. Heavenly Angels is madness and has a great sense of humor; however, we do not tolerate obvious disloyalty; it is hurtful, and we will not tolerate members showing disloyalty toward the guild. Once you commit to Heavenly Angels, we commit to you! This means that we, as a guild, put our trust in you forever and we would never think you capable of betraying our guild unless you show us that you ARE capable of it. Please don't! We do understand that sometimes guild members leave us for other guilds (language barriers, stronger class affinity, etc.), but we hope you will let us know beforehand in such cases, and if you leave on good terms with us, you will always be welcome to join us again! 3.6 No SPAMMING for Selling Items/Equipment or Advertising the Sale of Items/Equipment. Our guild is not a marketplace! If you have something you think someone may need or want, offer it to them as a gift. If you want the guild to have it, put it in guild bank. If you want or need an item yourself, ask if anyone has extra and/or offer a trade for it (keep rule 3.2 in mind). If you want/need better equipment, ask the guild if anyone is available to help you farm it, etc. But if you want spina for an item, GO TO SOLOLO!!! 4.0 Recruiting Requirements 4.1 Requirement 4.1.1 LINE MESSENGER 4.1.2 ACTIVE IN GAME AND LINE MESSENGER. 4.2 We recruit the PLAYER not the CHARACTER. We look for PLAYER not only that meets a specific set of requirements. 4.3 Should your application show you as worthy for a guild invite, you will then be given the rank of trial member for a minimum of 2 weeks at which time your performance and contribution to the guild will determine if you are promoted to a permanent member or not. If you have any questions before applying, feel free to speak to any VICES ANGELS. 4.4 We only accept applicants who are applying on their main character. This is because we are looking for people who can contribute to the progression of the guild and active. 4.5 Please let us know if you have any history of insulting, harassment, or any bad reputation history. Or if we finds out you're hiding it, you'll be remove from guild for cheating. If you does have history of bad reputation, and all our members agreed you can join us. We'll make an exception. Please understand this because this is serious matter. If you have history, the victim might be one of Heavenly Angels. Your past action might affecting Heavenly Angels reputation. 4.6 If we found out you parked a puppet on LINE MESSENGER, just to prevent being kicked in game. You'll still get a free hard double kick.
