About unavailable stun, tumble, and flinch

    Twin head dragon bangle (cmiiw) has unavailable stun, flinch and tumble. Is it means if we used that ring so we cant stun flinch and tumble by the boss??
    If yes, should i add mental for secondary stats in my tank build when i already using that ring?

    If it is the same stat as on the ecb garb then it means YOUR tumble/flinch/stunn skills can't inflict tumble/flinch/stunn. It's useful against bosses who have a counter mechanic.
