2h for general bossing
Halberd for gem runs/high def
Staff fu chariot for mass mob farm, adds maximizer

Well in theory, but as someone that had all 2s gear and a lot of spina. You can still lose atk rank in a random party.

The benefits of 2s gear are marginal compared to skill types and stat - power attributes for those skills.

To further cement this, I've read that Finishing Stroke had a synergy with a skill named Supernatural, correct?
Now, what does Kairiki Ranshin do in regards Garyou Tensei again...? (Yes, this also implies that Kairiki Ranshin is basically Toram's "Supernatural")

I was kinda expecting it to be changed a lot (esp the aggro part of supernatural), but the new effects bamboozled me, more so since the skill "tsubame gaeshi" became awesome skills called "magadachi" and "zantei settetsu"

The burn from raishin and the 10 preparatory skills plus the not unsheathe garyou ... It gives me a mixed feeling of anticipation and disappointment since im a semi-tank and i really hate spamming plus the best multiplier of katana unsheathe is not applied to garyou ... Welp it might be as bad as it sounds when the skill is actually released

Supernatural(buff)
Increase your physical power and critical damage
Prevent Finishing Stroke from degrading your weapon
The enemy will target you for the remainder of the battle, 30secs exhaustion after skill time runs out or finishing stroke is used
Finishing Stroke
Generate vast damage based on your weapon’s refinement value. Refinement of weapon may decrease without use of Supernatural. User takes HP damage if weapon has no refinement value
Tsubame Gaeshi (buff)
Receive very little damage when hit by a physical attack
Skill wears off if hit by a magic attack. CRT Damage is reflected, and may stun the enemy

 

My Tec>Dex Alchemists, luck refiners, and Dex>Str Smith are all Bow+Katana when i farm with them. So technically, you aint the only one bruh. :V

 

Nobody is going to talk about the double damage buff katana gets?

Been debating on bow but meh sp points and idk if its worth

That has flaws tho
Animation, time, mp if its out of combo
Not spitting at the skill but its a risk to use for high lvl/gem runs

 

Still, Halberds aren't made for Long Runs in general. They don't have the AMPR for that. So why you're using it for a longer run is beyond me in the first place. Leave longer runs to Mages and Archer, maybe a Swordy.

Gemruns tend to take longer now
And not all players are god tiers either x.x
