Is toram still worth playing?

I'll be honest, I don't know 100%, but back in 2015 a lot of people said that Asobimo already planned for 255 to be the level cap. Based of the fact that the stat cap is 255 and none of the skill tier upgrade requirements go above 255, we could safely assume that the end level cap will be 255. That's not necessarily saying that it doesn't have a chance to change. Even after the 255 cap, Aso could still add new skill trees.

 

Well everyone thought iruna would end in episode 4, but they got episode 5, and everyone is just waiting for the translation of episode 6, and all the class skills will be revamped to make it fun to play again (sadly no graphics update)

As long as something is profitable they will keep on updating the game, so don't forget to spend an orb or two to keep the game running...

We'll never know, apostolia for toram might be released... And we can add more than 255/stat

I probably should be the last person saying this. Considering my track record of being wrong, but I don't think that making an assumption based upon placeholder values is wise. Especially 255, especially when they have no need to change the level cap maximum value until they get past that limit.

They won't make a new game soon? Asobimo is always making new games. xD remember? they just introduced Pokebel online. and Gates of the Rebellion is still under development, I think. But that's for another thread. Of course they'll go over that 255 cap though. otherwise, what further goals and tests will we have when we do reach that pinnacle?

 

Nah, asobimo loves toram too much. Its literally a sequel (in fact, the only one out of their library of games) to their longest running game ever, Irunas been up for like 6.. 7 years now maybe? Iruna is STILL going after all this time so, theyre not just gonna leave Toram in the dust once they reach 255 or something (where did u even get that from?). May I also mention that if they finish the main story, theyll sure as hell add another story, like how when Iruna finished the main story with thr ancient empress and sianas n stuff, they split the game off into episodes, meaning they planned the dragon world and mechanical gods (Episode II) during the middle of Episode 1.

Tldr;
If they were planning to end the game off soon, they wouldnt be hyping it so much in the beginning.

 

um........ not to go off on a tangent here, but It's not the only sequel. if you look at the site, Elicia Online and Aurcus Online are both relative to each other as well. If i remembered correctly, there was another release (Almategia I believe) that was also set in the same setting as those two, further building into that world. but again, thread for another place. Toram isn't going to end anytime soon, so pondering it at the moment is just waiting for an omen to occur.

 

But...the Devs said nothing. You also said nothing about the Devs saying anything about this themselves. You said "back in 2015 a lot of people said that Asobimo already planned for 255" which is not the same as the Devs saying themselves that the level cap will stop at 255. Especially when the maximum cap placeholder can easily be changed when deemed necessary to do so. If you want to show me links to some of this information in 2015, I'd be glad to look through them for verification. I just can't believe it from what you've said though.

Unless other publishers or asobimo make a much better mmo im sticking my guns with toram. If ubisoft made "blade and soul" on the android platform(im referring to the mmo not the card game) im jumping the boat and search high and low for a certain mod for it. Most profitable physics for the masses. GOSCIENCE!

 

Iruna is actually a mobile game from java phone... Dating way back while android phones were still in development, It was called iruna imode, wich is only available in NTT Docomo phones, and its last MQ was until "EP4 The Dark Continent"...

they even added 4new classes for the new iruna, namely beast knight, servant, alchemist, and necromancer

It seems like asobimo purchased the whole franchise, and since business is booming added lots of new features to the game...

 

If you ask worth or not, well it worth in some ways.
In example like this :

1. Having fun = Still worth lot
2. Hangout & explore = worth
3. "Add me fast acc" stuff = NOT WORTH
4. Bullying / abuse = none of all
5. Leeching = fun in first, then several decade, out.
6. Just chatting game = not so-so, cause bored mean not worth (example rakau, gov)
7. Cheater = just a bit more, player bored easily.
8. RMT stuff (Account seller, Spina Seller) = NOT WORTH AT ALL. Even it is illegal stuff to do. Will not thinking of bored doing, but as soon, they became lazy to move their chair. Even you make yourzelf to be game criminals. (Different case if you have weird symtomps)

 

Worth or not, up to your choice. But I can tell you Toram is different than the other that only concentrate on Skill, Battle Style, PVP or guild war.
Not everyone love fighting or get No.1 Character in game.....some may just like to enjoy the fantasy world, gossip or make some stupid stuff.
Toram do provide those function like pet training, house building, crafting and class free, in future cultivation will be included.

So far I didn't found any other game like toram, maybe there is but I don't know, perhaps you can introduce to me.

 

I tried to find a few sources, but I think they might be a bit too old and obscure for me to actually find. It could have also been that they didn't say it in text. I think that saying it could go over 255 is a good argument, so maybe looking at it as 255 being the minimum max level is a lot better.

 

The level cap of 255 is rumour.

In iruna the level cap continues to increase, in addition you can train individual stat attributes so they can exceed the 255 capacity

There is alot of content to be added to Toram. While Iruna naturally dies off.

The number of new unique players is declining for iruna, and from a dev perspective Iruna is now just a testing ground for content. Think of it as long term planning for this franchise.

Iruna/Toram series is their most successful version internationally.

I expect one more version after Toram, then this will probably become a major MMO series. They have been testing a lot of combat mechanisms across all their titles, and been integrating platforms.

ASOBIMO want their games to be platformless. And they have some amazing development for a gaming company.

Apart from the story line. Which I'm not personally a fan of...or would have done it differently.

They've done a great job balancing the demands of the game on mobile.

I'd personally say, that I'd invest only 10hours a week. No more, until the game goes mainstream.

 

I’ve returned after a solid year of not really playing. They’ve added an insane amount of stuff in my absence.

 

That is just to mask of the fact that level cap only moves 50 levels up each year for game development. Good thing about that is that they can shove a lot of things between the current time table and add colaboration buisness promotions too.

 

Housing, pets, new skills, new class or whatever that was, new bosses and new items. New items, and much more I haven’t grasped onto yet. ~ Id day this certainly isn’t a dead game.. also, what’s the whole deal with “add fast acc” thing.. is it sexual lol.

 

That's how I usually play mmorpg's xD speed over power. DW is the closest class to it that I have been able to tell (that is, it does best when it's speed>power).

I saw they had no dagger, so I did the next obvious choice for my playstyle of figuring out a support class.... Fun stuff.
