    The only thing I can think of is when my android died I logged on my iPhone while it was charging does that mean they checking my account for someone tryna hack it or some? Been like this since yesterday I wrote them and they gave info on how-to submit account to email which I already did :( Screenshot_20180627-145301.png

    Refund? I did buy the expanded tickets that's it and even then I bought 2 on my android before it died n tried to buy the other on iPhone but they didn't seem to carry over

    Basically anything u buy from toram then u refund the payment something like that,do yoy buy ticket by yourself or from somebody else service?

    I don't think they bannned lv7 right away for that refund issue. My toram discord friend was expecting to get banned because of refund orbs(he was furious about not getting a wing lol, he decided to quit), so he gave me 2hs piercer on my weapon for free xD and he left. Somehow he returned a few weeks later and said he didn't get banned not even a single warning or anything like that. So, I assume people only who abuse that refund multiple times get banned i guess.

    Sigh well it said wait 24 hour I’m in USA I’ll give it to tommorow if they give it back imma just transfer my stuff to the one I made today n I paid myself never buy from people I don’t trust folks I think ik what happened tho it’s just a waiting game now

    Sorry, I was a bit late to see that pic. Did he/she get that immediately after refund? or how long did it take to get that ban message? cuz the discord friend that i mentioned above is still playing. And Plus,,, if that person refund many times... I assume he got that message very quickly.

    I was playing all day when I logged out for like 30 mins n logged back on I got it I just came back to toram lol all I did was buy tickets

    I did they just sent me some system restarted Mumbo jumbo needing my device model numbers ect I gave them all the info

    it's not a p7 ban. if it was p7, you'll get an error msg along the lines of "your account has been restricted"
    could just be a server problem. good luck!

    Based on the ss description it looks like account doesn't exist like email changed? Account not recognized. Would you happened to buy orbs from a 3rd party seller? Or anyone you shared login details of your account with? Goodluck

    Neither I’m American n work lol I pay my bills n everything if I want to buy orbs I don’t need seller the email is brand new I made it specifically for toram like I said only thing I did was switch from android to iOS in same timeframe

    I just suggest wait for 24 hour of that and see it that fixed or not.
