[RAGE] how does Asibomo's Success rate really mean? Too much fail.

I've been statting quite a lot at this moment since cheaper mana mats.

Tried statting Armor with 95% success rate, but fail like 50-60% of the time.
Today statting 2 Armor (both 2 slots) with 95% success rate, both failed.

Does 95% success rate really means 95% (so only 5% chance of breaking anvil).
Anyone experience something similar?

 

No, there is also items that give 500%boost but still fails. Best way to deal that is to have a luck smith and try your luck on how much anti deg and upgrade material you use. The important part is keeping the upgrade and avoiding degregation, not the success rate. If you got balls, you can try and use them wonderful magic hammers. But you risk destroying your gear in the process. May the RNG roll in your favor,lol

95% Success rate is for only 1 stat, not all 6 stats. So you have to go through 95% rate 6 times.

I think he's talking about Statting, not Refining.

 

In theory, statting success is per slot. eg 95%, it would actually be 0.95^ est 73.5% (3sf).
