End of Sneak finale combo?

You sure about that?
I have used finale in multiple scenarios against multiple normal mobs and bosses and mini bosses and my char never gets aggro.
Maybe you should get a bloom of peace staff and test it yourself.

 

idk,it doesn't get affected by sneak attack that's for sure.But that's quite odd considering finale should hide all of the aggro 1600 + 300+ in one skill use.


or maybe i mistaken and bloom of peace does do it,and the 300+ aggro cast is only fixed on sneak attack.

 

There is a reason I deleted the thread where I explained aggro of finale. The main misinfo I made there was that the 100 aggro per sec does not get affected by aggro-% equipment which turned out to be false. The 100 aggro per second only bypasses sneak, it can still be reduced by aggro-100% equip like bloom of peace and such.

 

Finale broke the difficulty of the game, i would very much welcome a change that would make it much less viable in ALL boss battles.

... and i was next going to focus on capping my luk finale mage too!

 

Need to wait and see what they meant by bug in sneak finale ... if they meant they gonna end sneak effect for finale then its endgame for mages better make mage tanks only and they owe all of use mages a free reset T.T ...

Lmao mages finally get what they deserve for being too OP.

But I still think that it's too harsh to make the full aggro of Finale not Sneak-able.

But then again, there's Bloom of Peace. If there's one thing to fix, it's that ridiculously high dmg of Finale.

 

I never used sneak attack skill, even though I had it's star gem, or I have more than enough skill points to get lvl 10 sneak attack.
Makes combos long unnecessarily.
Fastest combo is with bloom of peace staff, as it reduces aggro of all skills and not just that of finale.
There is also candy coryn staff from event with -100% aggro.
But I like bloom of peace for it's 90% stability.

 

Nope, aggro -100% is absolute, I often use my tank as a Merc and I don't get aggro aside from the initial 200 aggro from targetting the enemy at the start

 

While I agree that finale needs a rework and a nerf I would much more appreciate if the rework was aimed at finale itself and not by making sneak less useful than it already is.

 

In case it does happen, there is better alternative to coryn staff and bloom of peace, that is dark knight amulet(-25% aggro) and kitty mask(-75% aggro, -25% atk&matk) the nega on atk/matk is huge but your matk will still be better than using coryn/bloom of peace

 

I personally use venena staff (-15)+medic coat(-30)+laurel crown(-30)+dark knight amu(-25) or lil emp staff(-15)+ECB weap crysta (-5)+lil emp arrow (-10)+im7-10aggro+laurel(30)+dka(-25)

So wait does finale generate 300 aggro during cast and 1300 on hit or 300 during cast and 1600 on hit

 

That looks better, -25% matk from kitty mask is huge though its simpler

and i believe its the strongest skill in the game..... so much that a nuker mage 40 levels lower than the boss can still be #1 in attacker ranking

 

Not a big deal. Tank should have the option to adjust. They should try their best to adopt to the DPS.

 

How about we all start using other magic skills, like Magic:Burst for example, then cast Magic:Finale as intended, a FINALE. XD

Let's face it, every Mage in Toram atm are all Megumins w/o the downside: have that certain Will-Cast-This-Spell-Even-If-I-Faint attitude and there are no rooms for asjustments to playstyles whatsoever. lol

 

The nerf on sneak attack makes sense. If finale acquires aggro over time, and sneak attack is supposed to only hide aggro from the initial attack. Then they need to update the coding of sneak attack, so that it either hides a portion over time, or just the initial cast.

Probably just an oversight, more than anything.

If anything, it will probably improve team work and team diversity. As now + aggro items, will be more sort after by tanks.

Currently all people do is spam cf/finale without consequence. While the tank just chills, as their average aggro builds are surplus to requirements.
