    If you already have a 1k+ cspd, it'll be about half the time of the cast. Above that cspd won't affect it much.

    1s is the fastest.
    you can make 0.5s with chain cast, but casting magic arrows also takes 1s :p
    good for proration, but only for magic halberds. the sp cost is too high otherwise.

    Does chan cast actually work on p.ray? I thought it only worked on skills in the magic tree.
