    Pretty sure the free restats were gone on the maintenance that came before the servers went down. So yeah, I doubt those will still be up when the servers are back up

    Well it is 1:00 PM Monday, in Japan. Over 48 hours the server gone. Never experienced an unannounced outage for this long before. Well, since dial-up.

    They could just roll it back to a safe state, it will be playable for us but it won't solve the problem coz the error may reoccurr. Fixing it this long is not devs doing anything, it's them doing their best for it's players to make the game even better by looking for what caused the issue and prevent it from happening again.

    Hahahha I may have spent 100+ hours in this game and I'm sure ima put in 100 more, but I'm not gonna change the rating from 1 star. Disgusting.

    same here its been almost 3 days i got this message. i deleted the game and re installed it but nothing changed. i send the problem report too.

    I'm going to guess this is more than a connection issue, it may just be poor English or it may be a Freudian slip but you don't "Recover" connections you recover DATA, again it could just be connection issues but it doesn't take days to fix a connection.

    That's not gonna help anyone. As someone who stopped counting the amount of hours she put into toram at 4,245 hours, I can tell you this has happened before a few times and will most likely happen again in the future. Log in issues are a part of the game by this point lol A while back we had something similar going over the weekend.

    I suspect a more extensive problem myself and I feel confident that they don't have the budget to afford weekend staff who can work on the server problem so other than a possible assessment they probably just started working on it on Monday. However, from what I understand about the Japanese culture they don't like to confess problems since it can be taken for weakness. So don't expect any posts containing pictures of fried servers like one of the devs from a small American company posted during one of their server outages. Nevertheless, this server outage is driving up costs and driving down profits for Asobimo so rest assured they are doing everything in their power to correct it. I don't mind them being a small company however because, in general, I tend to receive better products and services from small companies rather than conglomerates. Lacking in resources makes them hungrier and more willing to work at putting out good products instead of not caring because they control the market.

    Ok, so one of my guild mates knows quite a bit about this kinda stuff. Here's what he said:
    "I've dealt with dedicated servers, firewalling, port forwarding, etc.
    They're lying.
    Several scenarios here:

    1) if there really is fatal error that occurred after updates, after this long, any sensible business would have done a rollback by now.

    2) If there is simply a connection error, it can be fixed in hours tops, not days.

    3) If they're being attacked, most dedicated servers come with free protection and it normally kicks in within an hour.

    4) If their compatibility update (for iOS) affected the software, then it's very possible the fix they're working on will make the game run like shit (or already is) and they're trying to optimize it. This is the most realistic possibility, a nasty change in minimum requirements and how our devices communicate with the server
    Anyway, they'll likely never admit the problem so riperoni"
    Also, unless we get any news on an actual earthquake that would do damage in a place that has to be protected from them because earthquakes are apparently frequent in Japan (I don't personally know if it is or not), the earthquake fault is out.

    Im pretty sure we all moved past it being the earthquake's doing, since the japanese server's still up. The most likely reason is number 2. The reason it's taking them so long to fix is that it happened over the weekend, and the devs take weekends off. The reason they're not fixing it today is that the earthquake still shook people up and they're taking the day to be with their families (something that was confirmed in another post), so fixing the connection problem isn't in their priorities right now.

    You would still think they would get someone on it, they're taking a big loss with waiting. Apparently the app store ratings are being hit hard, thought I didn't get a comparison.

    From what I've been told though, Japanese society puts a lot of importance on family over business to the point that they could actually get fined if they didn't give people the day off after the earthquake. I don't know though. I'm not japanese myself so I can't confirm.

    I can tell you for sure that this kind of log in issues have happened before though. This isn't a very unique case. The only difference is that this time the log in issues were timed perfectly with an earthquake.
