This is an announcement regarding the connection error which is occurring since Saturday, March 2 at 1:48 AM (JST/GMT+9).

We have confirmed a **serious damage to some character databases due to this error.**

Currently, we are ***reconfiguring as much data as possible** from our backup and **restoring character data to our new server.**

The system is estimated to recover from this issue **after March 12.**

Since this system error was not caused by a cyberattack nor computer viruses, **there is no information leakage.**

We deeply apologize for the inconvenience to all our of loyal players who are still looking forward to our system to be fully recovered.

We will update you as soon as there is any progress.

We have been fixing the connection error that has occurred since dawn March 2, 2019 (Saturday).

However, we are still unable to estimate when this error would be fixed completely as of 16:15 (JST/GMT+9) on March 4, 2019.
Therefore, we kindly beg your patience to wait a little longer.

'Estimated to recover' fuuudge. I guess another week or so should pass just for the devs to fix this issue. Dhaaaang, that's freakin' too muuuch.

 

Damage to character databases? That doesn't sound good...

 

It's an atk I guess. DDOS is an atk that sends huge amount traffic to a specific site making the site/server hang, confuse, unable to accept legit login handshake request.
Before its a bit hard to do but now even a toddler can do it and this atks are the most common on MMORPGs .

 

Think they are purposely stating "serious damage" as an excuse to wipe out majority of bots? As long as it doesn't affect the genuine accounts I don't mind at all.

The dev says that the server will be fully restored till 12 March. So the server crash started from March 2 and now we need to wait till 12 March.....10 days with no farm and lvling WTH.

 

Lol waited all this tome and still can't log in do to the server being full xD

 

This game is really good except it's server crash and bots

 

Hmm. Let's see. After March 12 is March 13, 14,15,16,17....... XD

 

That would be a glorious outcome
